Dr Kratenstein is a horrible person and dentist he inappropriatly touches staff he already has an open case for touching a 16 yr old female employee he resuses gloves and instruments on other patients. He believes that since the insurance company doesnt pay him well that the patients only deserve a 10 min cleaning and if they have a mouth full of cavitys he will says that is the patients fault and why should i care about there dental health if they dont . He charges insurance companies and patients for procedures he doesnt complete
