This review is for Dr. Suffiyah Webb, the pediatric dentist on staff: Find another dentist! She abandoned my 6 yr old on the chair to have lunch!! 6 months ago, I brought my 2 daughters, ages 17 months and 6 yrs old, as new patients to this practice. We arrived early for our appointment only to find out this dentist already left. No explanations were given. It was upsetting but I went ahead and rescheduled. During the rescheduled visit, Dr. Webbs unprofessional conduct was more evident First, she was dressed in street clothes. I wasnt sure if she was the dentist or a patient. Second, I asked her about my daughters x-ray and she took a second look and saw an unusual tooth. She started talking over me to call another staff and said "hey, come take a look at this!" and proceeded to take a snapshot of my daughters x-ray from her personal phone!!! My poor daughter got more anxious and I felt like she made a freak show out of her. I shrugged this conduct off and moved on. . We came back for both our daughters 6 month check -up. This dentist spent 2 minutes with the 23 month old. For my 6 yr olds turn, she was seen by the hygienist who was courteous then told to wait for Dr. Webb. After waiting patiently in the dentist chair for 15 minutes or so, the staff comes back and says the dentist left for lunch. Really? This appointment was booked 6 months in advance and the best the staff could offer was to reschedule or have us wait back in the waiting room for when she returned. This dentist apparently does not value my familys time nor her fellow staff who depend on her. We had the misfortune of having to be asked to reschedule because this dentist seemed to be on a different schedule from everyone else in the office. Her professional demeanor is lacking. I am glad she didnt examine my daughter since I have doubts about her commitment to her patients, their families, and quality dental care. If you must go here, ask for this dentists credentials and how long she has been in practice. The staff was professional but they can only go so far. If you expect to get professional care, this dentist isnt the one!

highly disappointed! I have never ever ever given a bad review in my life but this deserves it! I went for my "consultation" just yesterday. after waiting almost an hour in their waiting room I finally got called back to the exam room. the dental asst asked me two questions ( she was a sweetheart the only employee there that actually cared!) anyway she did my xray and went on her way. the Dentist who seemed to be very inexperienced but friendly came in 15 minutes later looked at my xray looked at my tooth poked at it with the hook and said oh yeah you need a root canal and a crown. she didnt ask me any questions about my history or how i cracked my tooth she just didnt even seem to care much and i felt like she was just pushing me out the door. she didnt even want to give me any other options or anything temporary to help with the pain or the appearance. I chipped my front tooth. I then went to go check out. and because of not having insurance of course it is going to cost me over 2500 dollars. I explain that I do not have dental insurance and she didnt even want to hear me out she offered one discount plan that would maybe take off 1000 if that of my total cost. she had no personality at all and it seemed like i was bothering her with my whole three questions ....but wait here is the best part that boggles my mind. it cost me 100 dollars for this apt to basically sit in a chair and one xray meanwhile they advertise on their FRONT WINDOW 80 dollars for a cleaning and full mouth xray. I just dont get it. I mean I know many needs to be made but I felt so scammed. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this office to anyone. stay away.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ! SERIOUSLY NEVER GO HERE !! THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT.. I WENT ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO FOR A WISDOM TOOTH EXTRACTION CONSULTATION. AFTER THE SURGEO SAW ME THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND THE INSURANCE PAPERWORK AND I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK ONCE APPROVED TO GET IT TAKEN OUT. I CALLED THE SHORE FAMILY DENTAL OFFICE 2 WEEKS AFTER BECAUSE IT WAS ODD THEY WOULD NOT CALL ME WITH A STATUS. WHEN I CALLED THEY HAD NO CLUE WHAT DENTAL WORK I NEEDED OR KNEW WHEN I WENT AFTER 20 MINS OF THEM LOOKING FOR MY FILE THEY SAID THEY STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THE INSURANCE YET AND TOLD ME TO WAIT. I CALLED MY INSURANCE MYSELF TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEY TOLD ME SHORE FAMILY DENTAL STAFF SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK WITHOUT A PROVIDERS NAME.... I CALLED THEM BACK AND EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED. SHORE FAMILY DENTAL APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY WOULD RE SEND IT. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS WENT BY I HAD TO CALL SHORE FAMILY DENTAL AGAIN TODAY ! RIGHT BEFORE I WROTE THIS REVIEW. IT TURNS OUT THEY STILL HAVENT SENT THE PAPERWORK..... THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST. MEAN WHILE MY WISDOM TOOTH IS GETTING WORSE AND I STARTED SUFFERING ANXIETY ATTACKS BECAUSE OF MY WISDOM TOOTH DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT IS GETTING WORSE AND WHAT WAS A SMALL CAVITY IS NOW GROWING AND GETTING CLOSE TO MY NERVE. NOW I HAVE TO CALL ANOTHER DENTAL GROUP DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DENTAL GROUP AND I HONESTLY FEEL BAD FOR THE OTHER PEOPLE I READ ABOUT IN THIS CHAIN OF REVIEWS BECAUSE JUST LIKE ME THEY SUFFERED UNNECESSARY PAIN... DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!

Am giving one star because I dont have the option to leave none!! My daughter first came to this office in March... With an appointment we waited over an hour. Then, we go inside and the "doctor" tells me to just leave black staining on the backs of my daughters teeth because "they really arent affecting her. That day, I scheduled her next appointment for September... Long story short... That appointment was canceled and rescheduled four times because that doctor kept deciding she didnt want to come to work. So the fourth appointment was set for today at 12 pm. At 1140 I called them and told them I was going to be about ten to fifteen minutes late because I came out of my house and found a flat tire on my car... Something I surely didnt plan or cause. I specifically ask if the doctor will still see my daughter and was told she will. I get there at 1210 only to be told that the doctor canceled our appointment!! The women depend the front desk were all super nasty... Including the one who told me wed still be seen and had the nerve to tell me she didnt give me incorrect information. Then one lady back there decides to chime in and tell me that its not her fault we were late. In response I asked he if its my fault that their crappy doctor who does not like to do her job to begin with decided she didnt want to come to work and canceled my previous appointments. Needless to say I will never step foot on that office again. I wouldnt bring my dog there to have his teeth cleaned!
