This place is FANTASTIC!! The experience all around was wonderful. Dr. Rubenstein and his staff are incredibly caring and compassionate people!! If it werent for Katie T. getting me in for an emergency visit first thing on a Saturday, Id be suffering in agony ALL WEEKEND LONG! Thanks to Katie though, that was not the case! Shes amazing! She even reached out and contacted me later this afternoon to see if my pain had subsided and be sure that I received the antibiotics the doctor called in for me! When I told her I was still in pain and my over the counter pain medication wasnt cutting it, she said she would have the doctor call in a stronger ibuprofen for me to pick up! Im allergic to narcotic painkillers, so unfortunately Im not able to experience the quick relief of a Percocet.. but youd be surprised how well Motrin 800s work!! Im definitely going to recommend all of my family and friends in the area make the switch to Dr Rubenstein and staff at Smiles of Howell!!! Thank you all so much!!!

I called a few dental offices the morning after a full day of tooth pain and only one office greeted me sincerely. Smiles Of Howell right from my first words over the phone empathized and helped brighten my day even before I went into the practice to get my pain eased. I walked into the office meeting friendly faces. Then I filled out the proper paperwork and was promptly brought in the back to begin my exam. The level of comfort with the staff quickly became that of a twenty year relationship. Everything I needed to know was explained to me and in between there were laughs. I was in and out before I knew it. I couldnt of had a better experience. This is without a doubt my new dentist office.

Dr. Rubinstein and his staff were great! When I went for a cleaning the hygienist was so nice and super thorough. She made sure I felt comfortable during the cleaning. It was surprised when I walked in to see the room newly decorated. Each room now has a flat screen to watch tv on while you are getting your teeth done. You can also view your ex rays on it! I couldnt help but smile when I finished my appointment. I wouldnt want to go anyplace else :) Thank you Dr. Rubinstein and staff for a great day at the Dentist (words Id never thought I would say)

It was such a disappointment to have had wonderful and honest service from Dr. Siegel for so many years and have the practice turned over to some one who could care less for the patients. Dr. Rubinstein was made aware that I was changing coverage plans soon and went ahead and filled every single "cavity" in my mouth. A nice little pay check to Dr. Rubinstein for work that was completely unnecessary. Needless to say this will no longer be my dental office after over 10 years of loyal patronage to the previous doctor, Dr. Siegel.

Dr. Rubinstein and his staff were hyper attentive. The hygienist was extremely thorough and when the doctor saw me himself he took time to answer all of my questions and explain what he was seeing in my X-rays. The office is very clean and newly redone and there is a Tv in every room so if you have a fear of the dentist you can be easily distracted! The staff made sure I was comfortable through each step of my visit and was very friendly. I will definitely be returning for my next cleaning!

Dr. Rubinstein is a wonderful dentist and I am extremely happy with the work he has provided. I needed a lot of work done after being extremely scared of the dentist for most of my life and Dr. Rubinstein took the time and care to make sure I was comfortable while doing an amazing job. If you are searching for an amazing and caring dentist and team, look no further. Dr. Rubinstein squeezed me in as an emergency and got me out of pain, explained everything thoroughly, and even called to check on me later that day and the next. Had such a great experience. Very thorough exam, my teeth have never felt cleaner! The appointment was quick and painless and I got to watch The Price is Right on a big flat screen that later became the screen Dr. Rubinstein used to display my X-rays which was super helpful and informative.
