Dr Jackson work is good but the billing practices are the worst I have ever seen. This practice was purchased from a prior dentist and Ive been a long time faithful patient for over a decade. Ive had so many nillkng issues with them. Ive been misquoted prices, last minute appointment changes, received bills after the fact that have been explained as error on the associate and the last straw was receiving a bill for 60 dollars more for a service performed months ago. I called Burlin dental and advised them I disputed it with the insurance company and I was told ok. I go in 4 days later for an appointment and was told besides my co pay I would have to pay the balance while in dispute. I told them I didnt have it and I was told I would have to reschedule the appointment. Im now no longer a patient at this practice and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Don’t let the modest exterior of the building and parking lot deceive you. Once you walk in the door you will be greeted by a pleasant, professional staff and environment. Dr. Jackson is very friendly. He was also as gentle as possible while he numbed my gums. Nicole the hygienist was pleasant, thorough and tolerant with me while she deep cleaned my teeth. Smooth jazz playing in background helped me to relax. They also worked with me on my payment plan. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been telling everyone about them.

Been coming here for several years now and I have always had good experiences. Staff is always friendly and theyre always playing nice music. I needed a lot of work done in the beginning and I never felt pressured to get the most expensive options or do it quicker then my budget would allow.

Staff was very friendly! During my first visit I was introduced to everyone from the Office Manager to the dental assistant. Procedures and billing were explained in detail. Im ashamed to say I hadnt been to the dentist in years and they made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
