Let me just start off by saying that I live in Woodstock. I have to orthodontists that I could walk to from my house. I pass at least 10 of them everyday in the area. Next, let me say that Im a 30 year old female getting braces...not a look I ever thought I would have at this age. I went to two different Ortho consults in Woodstock and decided not to get braces. However I was in the area one day in Milton and decided to stop by for a free consultation. The ladies in there just made me feel so confident about getting braces that I left with braces on that day. I have always wanted Perfect teeth, but just kept putting it off until I met these ladies. During the consult I was given the confidence to dive in...I knew I found my Orthodontist. Dr. Patel is incredibly down to Earth and his team are amazing together. I will never regret my 40 minute drive on way to get there for an appointment because of the boost of confidence at every appointment. They make everyone feel like a superstar and go above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. I now bring my children here to see Dr. Chong, the pediatric dentist. Hands down the most trustworthy dentist out here for my children. I have had many pediatric dentists...and now I have my permanent childrens dentist and my children absolutely adores him and his team. Great job Milton Dental Specialists!

I think for me Dr. Patel was a breath of fresh air. If theres a such thing of bedside manner in the dentists office, he and the staff at Milton Dental Specialists would be the textbook example of what to do. Ill go to my primary care physician and my OBGYN on time but I always dread going to the dentist. I guess its mostly because I cant see what they see and Im embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. Dr. Patel told me what was going on every step of the way before he made a move and he explained why he was doing it. He put my mind at ease!!  I felt bad going in, worried about how extensive (and expensive) my treatment was going to be and it turned out that it wasnt as bad as I thought it was. I do brush twice daily but I dont floss enough. I also consume candy and sodas too much but he didnt make me feel bad about it. I dont do reviews unless its really bad but I thought Id share my experience with yall just in case you ate all your Halloween candy in 3 days and drank that 2 liter of soda (like me). Dont be ashamed. Theyll get you squared away!

What good luck we had to be connected with this Dental group! I am fairly new to the Alpharetta area, and when searching for a family dentist and orthodontist for my girls, I had no choice but to turn to my insurer for help. Lucky for us, this practice was on their list. I was thrilled to see how close they were to where we live and where I work. Both my girls (ages 8 and 14) had a wonderful experience with their regular check up, Dr. Chong and the assistants were friendly, patient, thorough and very informative. The appointment went well, and with some information from Dr. Chong, we were recommended to see Dr. Patel in Orthodontics. Both girls got to do a consult with Dr. Patel and their treatment plan was discussed with me at length. I was very impressed with Dr. Patel and his staff. My kids look forward to going to the dentist and they are super excited about the improvements to their smile that they are working towards. I highly recommend this practice!

Milton Dental Specialists are awesome! The staff from the receptionist to the dental assistants are extremely professional patient and sweet. Dr Patel is the best dentist my kids have ever gone to. He explains the treatment plan to you throughly and makes sure you are in agreement. He is very knowledgeable and gives it to straightforward with kindness. They are not just trying to get money from you, but they truly care about your childs dental health. My daughter got braces four months ago and I already see a tremendous difference! This is huge! My other daughter needed some sealants and a cavity filled she didnt receive a shot (her choice) and she said it didnt hurt...amazing! ...granted it wasnt a serious cavity, but so many dentists add in so many unnecessary charges to bill your insurance company. I love Milton Dental Specialists and you will too!

I took my son to Dr Chong today, very personable and explained what is happening and how he is going to treat it. Unlike other dentists I was treated like a patient rather than a customer I found a doctor who actually cares. You see all these other dentists advertising on postcards, billboards as they have no customers thats why they advertise to rip you off you once you walk through the door, but my sons pediatric doctor recommended him word of mouth best form in advertising. If you want to go to a doctor who actually cares, and is a doctor to actually help people I highly recommend Dr Chong a doctor works with ethics and morals, again you are treated like a patient not a customer a true Christian man a true deciple of God.

We drive by this office all of the time and my kids excitedly yell, "Theres our dentist!!!" We had a wonderful experience starting from the moment the receptionist answered the phone and scheduled our appointment. The facilities are brand new and kid-friendly with books, seasonal crafts, and a movie lounge area. The staff literally bent over backwards to help me with my 4 kids while we were there, even offering to make me a coffee-to-go from their coffee bar as I was leaving. You can tell they truly love their jobs and serving our community. Highly recommend!

This was my daughters first visit to the dentist and I was nervous since she doesnt like people touching her face. However, Dr. Chong was amazing with her. He was patient and thorough even through her cries. Once she realized what he was doing she stopped crying. He was great about explaining things and answering all my questions. The staff was very welcoming from the moment we got there until the moment we walked out. We cant wait for our 6 months follow up! Thank you Milton Dental Specialist for making our first dental visit a memorable one!

Let me start by saying as a 27-year-old I was not thrilled getting braces. The thought of getting braces was scary… Milton Dental Specialists and Dr. Patel have changed that thought. Dr. Patel and his group were positive and very professional from get-go. Braces are not cheap, but Dr. Patel is willing to help whomever. Like he said “If you want help he can help”. It’s more of a family atmosphere then a business. I do and I will recommend Milton Dental Specialists and Dr. Patel to whoever needs dental works. FYI- I never write reviews....

I honestly wish there were more then five stars raining be cause I think Milton Dental Specialist deserve 100 stars Dr.Chong and Dr.Patel they are the BEST of Atlanta for kids and adults they make my kids and I fell like family. My kids were scare of Dentistry but thanks to all the stuff of Milton Dental mi kids are super excited to go to the Dentist and see Dr.Patel and Dr.Chong . They are very Honest and Caine . if you dont want your kids to be scared of the Dentist take them to Milton Dental. I strongly recommend
