Dr. Talleys staff is very unprofessional and lazy!!!! Heres issue #1- I received treatment and my insurance provider requested addl information before issuing payment. The dentist office sent me a bill and never submitted requested information to my provider. I immediately contacted Dr. Talleys office and requested they send the information to my provider. Finally, they submitted information and Yes, they got paid !!!!! It couldve been resolved much sooner if they wouldve done their job initially. Heres issue #2, I had a follow-up appointment and I have it on 3 calendars (work, personal, and mobile reminder). Yes, I received several automated emails from the dentist office which matches my calendars date and time. The audacity of this dentist office to call me a day early and tell me they have me scheduled for a different date. never spoke with ANYONE about changing my appointment. They called me 3 times within an hour and asked if I can come to their office immediately for an appointment which was never rescheduled with my consent. Fortunately, I was able to make it, but yes I was very upset about the inconvenience !!!! Heres issue #3 - The hygienist gave a long drawn speech about a test to detect potential oral cancer which I stated get to the point.Is this covered by insurance and the cost? Hygienist replied no, its not covered by insurance and normal cost is $99, but today its $37. I agreed to the service and it took all of 30 seconds !!!! As I proceed to check-out, Im informed my out-of-pocket expenses for today services are $84. I asked for WHAT because cleanings are covered 100% and I only agreed to a $37 oral test. The front desk tells me the hygienist injected medicine in my gums which was a BOLD FACE lie !!! BE AWARE and Informed!!! They will attempt to bill you for services you did not receive. Dr.Talley is nice, but he needs a more professional staff !!!

The most unprofessional people ive ever met in my entire life on two occasions I tried coming to this dentistry. the first time I made appointment and I arrive and my appointment was cancel after I call and made sure, the second time I confirm my appointment and had a email confirmation and still didnt get seen because the secretary put down the wrong time I had took off work both occasions and didnt get seen I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NO COMMON COUTERSY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. epic fail

I love Dr. Talley and his staff (especially Brianna and LeBrie). Ive always received genuine care and concern during my visits. Dr. T is very gentle and not rough like most dentists. Hes affordable and will not lie just to get business. Id definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
