Worst customer service ever!!! 1st incident made an appointment and they said 10:30. On the day of the appointment they called me about 10:20 saying I was late because my appointment was at 10:00. I said thats incorrect I was told 10:30 their response was our appointment staff says it was always 10:00, I said thats incorrect, and we are on the way. They said well we cant see you because we close at 12 and youre late. 2nd incident when I tried to reschedule the appointment they said they couldnt see my daughter because they didnt have her x-rays yet. 3rd incident finally got the x-rays but then they said they couldnt see her because my daughter possibly needed a root canal on her permanent tooth, the pediatric dentist doesnt do those procedures, and our general dentist doesnt work with 8 year old children. They said you need to call your insurance company and I said my insurance company gave me your information. Their response was well we cant see her youre going to need to go to a pediatric dentist and get a referral for an endodontist. My response was you guys have a pediatric dentist there so why cant I bring my daughter in, you guys examine her, and then give me a referral. Dion said hold on let me check, she came back to the phone and told me that they were refusing to see my daughter because of her issue and her age. This whole process is ridiculous and the fact that they are refusing my daughter when they are on my insurances list is unprofessional. I will be calling my insurance company making a complain about Imagix Dental and Im going to post this review on every website I can post a review. Location: Norcross office

I LOVE Rochelle! She is a great asset to this already great dental office. She did my cleaning and i can tell knows what she is doing and love it! I am new to the area & will definately stay where she is. The entire staff is 100% friendly, professional, and organized. Lynn, the assistant was also on point. Lynn & Rochelle made this the best dentist visit for me! Everything I love about experienced in their craft & good customer service! I havent even got to the dentist yet and I am THIS impressed. Dr. Delgado was as expected. very detailed, informative, & great with his examination and evaulations of my teeth. I see why his staff is so great. I would recommend the specific location of Imagix dental, in Norcross. My final review was when I brought my 14 yr old son in a couple of days after me. He has braces and his cleaning was done by Karen. She talked and walked him through his whole cleaning. explaining & making sure he understood what she was doing & why she had to do it. My husband is next, but, we definately have found a home for our teeth!

My initial visit went well and thats it. After receiving a bill for a routine check up, which is covered %100 under our insurance, I called my insurance to figure out what was wrong and we came to the conclusion that it was billed incorrectly by the office. I called the office to notify them of this and was told they did everything right on there part and I needed to call my insurance company back and figure it out pretty much. So after a little back and forth and finally I got another person on the phone from the dental office who actually took the time to call the insurance company and end result was they(imagix dental) had billed incorrectly. Then, I had an appointment in April which someone contacted me and ask if I could come in earlier and I couldnt so I rescheduled for May 11, get to the appointment and they say they dont have me on the schedule... Im done with this office. My family and I will go somewhere else.

I used to like Imagix with Dr. Said, but apparently he left. The new technician was so rough I was sweating profusely. Before I entered they priced out an "irrigation". They used to check first and give you the option, but this woman just went right too it roughly, which sent me through the roof. I said, usually you check first before you start that, and she said "uh huh" and kept going! Then she chastised me for having sensitive teeth and sold me $12 toothpaste (which turned out to be 20). Then the new Dr. Delgado was too busy to see me so some other man came in and told me I had 3 "possible" cavities which he recommended I get fixed before they became actual cavities. Then I was sent to wait in the waiting room to check out, because the desk was too busy! She yelled for me when she was ready to take my money.

Well there was a time where I questioned wanting to stay at Imagix. I have been a client there and have been taking my family there for at least 8 years - was with them when they were in the Ingles center. The staff turnover rate seemed very high and I often felt like I was getting pressured to pay for extra services. The past year I have been getting my cleaning done by Karen. She is great and has helped motivate me to take better care of my teeth and gums than I ever have before. I dont feel pressured anymore but instead I feel educated about options. Im giving them a 5 star review mainly because of Karen. She really has changed my mind about leaving and as long as she is there then Im going to stay. Dr. D is very nice too and its good to see him there each time.

This is by far the worse dentist I have ever been too. I actually had 2 appointments and only saw the dentist one time for 2 minutes. They use every tactic in the Dentist rip off book. They tell you that you need to come in every 3 months instead of the industry standard of 6 months. No matter how your teeth are, you will always need a very expensive deep cleaning. They pressure you like used car salesmen. This not only happened to me, but to my wife and 2 kids. After my family found another great dentist, I started receiving bills stating that I owe them a reinstate balance, but every time I call them about it, they say they cant figure out what the bill is for and say they will call me back and never do. Stay away from this dentist!!!!!

I set an appointment with Imagix and spent 20 minutes on the phone with a lovely receptionist who took all of my information except for 1 of my insurance companies because I did not have it handy. She asked me to call back with the information as soon as I had it. 10 minutes later I called back and a different person answered the phone who could not even find my information and I basically had to start over. After she found the info she apologized. The next day I received a call from Yolanda because the office didnt have any of my insurance information. I would not recommend a dental office who cannot keep their appointments straight or their clients information. I would give no Stars if that was possible. Very disappointed.

I am exceptionally happy with service I received from Dr. Delgado and the rest of Imagix Dental staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every time I walked in the door, there was someone who always greeted me by name. That to me is very impressive. Dr. Delgado has been excellent and his work speaks for itself. He takes proud in his work. I have TMJ where my jaw locks up and he took care of me. I never had a dentist who took care of my TMJ like he did. Dr. Delgado is officially my new dentist! I was so happy, I treated the Dr. Delgado and some the staff to lunch. Thank you Imagix for making my root canal go smoothly!!!
