I saw a pair of glasses I like at Edward Beiners in Orlando. The woman who helped me there was very helpful and wrote down all of the information for the frame and lenses since I dont live in Orlando. When I went to the store at Palm Beach Gardens, I did not receive the same level of service. The man at the counter seemed very impatient. They did not have the same inventory at this store. When I asked him to look it up in the catalog to make sure I was ordering the right frames, he insisted I just order the glasses and return them if they were not right. There were no other customers in the store, yet he acted like I was wasting his time. After driving 45 minutes it made no sense to order something sight unseen and simply hope I get the right pair of glasses. I wont be back after experiencing such unwelcoming service. Instead I went to Schmidts Optical in Stuart, and received very attentive service. They also had exactly what I wanted in stock.

I cant say enough good things about Edward Beiner Eyewear. Six months after I bought a pair of sunglasses from them the hinge broke. They replaced the glasses without any issues and were a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely buy my glasses from them again.
