⚠️⚠️DO NOT GO HERE⚠️⚠️ Been going here for almost 3 months. When my puppy injured her paw, they kept giving her x rays but no diagnoses. They kept insisting it was broken and that I needed surgery. They referred me to a great surgical vet. However, everytime we paid a visit to Northside, the vets kept changing so each one kept giving her an x ray! My puppy got x ray 3x and I refused to pay for the second one because the second vet took x rays without my knowledge. Finally after a month, the 3rd x ray was to determine if I can remove the cast, instead I get the same answer that they believe it to be broken. This time it was Dr. C that we met. She said she would email the x rays over to the same vet surgery specialist and get back to me when she gets a reply. I waited 5-6 days before I called them to complain. Her first excuse was that she was too "busy", then her second excuse was that she thought the other vet would get back to me so she blamed it on miscommunication. I told her straight up that being too "busy" was an unprofessional and invalid excuse and I asked why she would think that the other vet would get back to me when we were her patient. She made a mistake not getting back to me and that was her actions to atone for, no one else! After sharing my horrible experience with other people, they have come out with their horror stories about this place as well. If you love and care for your pet, please take them elseswhere. This place is where pets are treated like profit margins.

HCK Fitness

Boarded my 2 dogs recently and I did ask them to update their shots while they were there. We signed a waiver stating that they not do anything that would cost $100 or more without calling us first. I got back into town a day early and called for my total before I headed to get the dogs and what should have been a $350 visit turned out to be a $607 visit. Apparently "both" of our dogs had hookworm. Im all for my dogs being treated but the phone call first would have been nice. I also asked for them to cut both of my dogs nails but that didnt get taken care of. They were rude, didnt give me a breakdown of the costs and overall it was just a horrible experience. I will now be boarding my dogs elsewhere and will not recommend them to anyone.

When my kitten broke his leg, the team at Northside Pet Hospital took the best care of him. I was very upset that my kitten had broken its leg, and they made me feel better about a bad situation. They not only showed me his x-rays, but they also took the time to explain to me the best course of action for my little guy. They took great care of him while not only getting his xrays taken, but also as they splinted his leg. My cat was in the best hands and I wouldnt take him anywhere else!

I brought an older house cat in that I had recently found outdoors and everyone was so helpful in getting him the care that he needed and they explained everything that they were doing in great detail which made me feel reassured. He was covered in fleas and had multiple other medical problems that were addressed quickly. He is now doing great thanks to the great care he got from the employees at Northside!

I would advise anyone to disregard the negative comments about this place. They were able to get my golden retriever in for an ultrasound very quickly. Unfortunately we received bad news. The vet was very caring and compassionate. They were very patient with us as we spent our last few minutes with Freedy. We were not rushed and it was evident the compassion they felt for our situation.

I absolutely love the staff! They really go above and beyond the line of work for my 3 babies. Also whenever I have a question they always seem to have time to answer them whether they are busy or not! I will always be going to them for how they treat them and us!!

Im so glad to have found a place that takes exotics!!! The doctor was able to see my hamster right away, and she took great care of him. Blessed that there is a place in the area that sees hamsters; I dont think anywhere else will take them. Thanks, Northside!

They treat the animals OK, but their prices are high. We brought our kittent there to get 2 shots that we were told would be $60. We left with a $170.67 dollar bill, because against our wishes they did more then just the shots.

Northside Pet Hospital is amazing. They treat your pets with nothing less than the best. Doctors are great and the rest of the staff is super sweet. I will never bring a pet anywhere else.
