I brought my daughter here in 2015 to have her wisdom teeth extracted. They were very friendly and the process was very smooth. She was given a little too much medication but medication affects her strongly. The only issue I really had was they werent quite sure how much my insurance would cover and wanted to charge me 50%. I knew my insurance covered more than that and I said so but they insisted I pay at least 35%. I complied even though I was pretty sure my insurance paid for more. Come to find out my insurance does cover 90% of the bill. In the process of moving I totally forgot about it until recently when my younger daughter also needed an extraction. Since we had such a good experience here I decided to call and explain the situation. They were very helpful and we did indeed have a credit on our account. My only advice would be to know how much your insurance covers before you arrive. To be honest it was probably the insurers fault, not the dental office. My younger daughter has an upcoming appointment to have her wisdom teeth extracted after which I will update.

Starting with the staff, the team put together by Dr. Nguyen is patient, courteous, and thankful for having you as a patient. Dr. Nguyen himself takes the time to explain to you the specific details of what is going on in your mouth and provides visual facts to confirm his diagnosis. He is also soft spoken and inciteful in his communication with his patients. I have not found a reputable dentist in Orlando, till I stopped as Dr. Nguyen which was recommended by a colleague. I found a lifelong dentist at this location.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are exceptionally great! Not only are they professional, but also extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Their attention to their patients needs is outstanding! Very nice office, super clean, and well equipped. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. My first visit was a positively experience and I plan to continue to visit Dr. Nguyens practice for my future dental services.

Finally an honest Dentist. They told me everything and did nothing in Essary. I even told them another dentist said I needed a root canal and he said you dont need that if its not hurting you and when check told me it was periodontal not root canal. Said to simply floss more or use water pick. Very impressive. Only down side is a bit of a wait and crowded. But its a small price to pay for an honest dentist.

I have tried several dentists in the Winter Springs area and have finally found the one that I will be using from now on. The facility is spotless and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had the best cleaning I have ever had in my life and Dr. Nguyen spent more time with me then all the other dentists combined.

Couldnt be more pleased. Dr. John and his staff are meticulous in their work. I had a crown and root canal that I couldnt imagine could be anymore precise and painless. The whole staff is friendly, and the facility is spotless. Thank you for your great work and for making the dreaded "root canal" not a big deal.

Expensive new patient exam (a must) resembles the 29-point auto inspection before car repair in mechanic shops where they would not fix your apparent hose leak without flushing the entire radiator system or adding little something for extra. There are always ways to jack up your bills. Beware.
