Avoid this dentist like the plague!! I went to this dentist in January for a root canal. After 3 hours the root canal was done, the dentist was rough and unprofessional. A few months later the tooth that got the root canal started hurting. I went to a different dentist and he told me the root canal was not done properly and that it needed to be redone. My insurance company does not pay to redo root canals unless the dentist refunds for the poorly done one. I went in to Dr Colemans office and spoke to his office manager, she told me "If I went to a specialist and he said it needed to be redone, I would be refunded." I went to a specialist, who told me the that it did need to be redone. He even sent a letter to Dr Coleman about it. After 4 visits to Dr Colemans office he finally saw me about it. He told me he would not refund my money very rudely and told me "the conversation was over!" This dentist is unprofessional and has left me in pain for months with no sympathy.

Your appointment time is just that -- your appointment time. Dr. Coleman and his staff go out of their way to accommodate their patients with early morning and late afternoon appointments such that Ive seldom had to miss time from work for dental procedures. The art gallery style decor is lovely, too, which is soothing -- as I absolutely abhor the sound of dental instruments. Ive found that the lovely setting instantly puts one at ease (Theyve got great magazines in the lobby, too!) In short, Ive referred my co-workers, family and friends and all have done the same, too. Finally, the multicultural staff is such a delight -- such a sight is seldom seen in any industry-- hands down.

I have been going to Dr. Coleman since I was 14 and I am now 27. I have seen other dentists in between but he has always been the best and my favorite. With the best denyal staff, the practice has the best customer service. They think about the small things. Television with headphones sunglasses and vaseline for stretched out lips. All work done is grade A and most customers are lifelong ones.

Dr. Coleman is EXCELLENT. He ALWAYS makes time to see me no matter why Im there. His office team is tops - professional, efficient and always pleasant and polite. After relocating to a new house, I still drive an extra 40 minutes just to stay under Dr. Colemans care. It is well worth it.
