Still pleased after several years of great service. No only is Dr Aoun highly skilled and good with people; also, his staff shares the same attributes. Outstanding front desk, and consistently the most careful cleanings of my life - thank you Wendy! My initial review below: Winter Springs Dental Excellence has given this life-long dentally challenged patient clean bill of dental health after addressing multiple issues in the past two years. I have never had such thorough, skilled care in my many decades. I guess I just have bad teeth. As a child, I spent many hours in my uncles - the dentists - chair, but no matter how much he drilled, capped, bridged my teeth, and no matter how I brushed and flossed incessantly, next visit always showed more issues. Years of dentist-jumping with teeth pulled, failed bridges installed, caps popping off, and the start of periodontal disease didnt reverse the downward spiral. Finally I found Dr. Aoun who addressed all issues including an implant for a tooth that had had two failed caps and a very painful abscess and developed a cleaning and prophylactic treatment program that has finally stopped the trend. Thank you Dr. Aoun and staff!

My husband and I visited yesterday for our first consultation. My husband has extreme anxiety with the dentist so we were a little nervous visiting a new one. Everyone at the office was fantastic. They were very comforting and accommodating to those with & without dentist anxiety. Although my husband isnt enthusiastic about needing to get a lot of work done on his teeth, he does feel better after meeting with the dentist & dental assistant. We will definitely be using this office for all of our dental work.

02/11/16: I was called in to get my cleaning at my scheduled time. The business is clean, the staff is professional and friendly. I have no complaints. UPDATE: Had another cleaning on 10/17/16. Again, I was greeted by the same friendly faces behind the counter. The cleaning started on time and my dental hygienist is thorough, professional, and somehow she makes the experience fun. I still have no complaints. Keep up the good work!

I have always had problems with my teeth and have become very apprehensive over the years every time I had to go to the Dentist. I expressed this up front and Dr. Aoun made sure I was more than comfortable at every visit. His calm demeanor will put you at ease and his hygienists were also very sweet and caring. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Not to mention he was also great with my 5 year old daughter!

Dont expect them to keep your appointment time. They overbook and keep you waiting. I recommend looking elsewhere unless you like waiting. The staff is nice so they get one extra star for that.
