Very poor experience. Office staff never called the insurance as they said they would and they had 3 weeks to do so and get back to me as they stayed they would. I took my 7 year old for a cleaning. The DDS came in a stated since he was a first time patient it was normal to do an exam...fine. No problem. I had already refused ex-rays, so when the DDS said he would look around and then get x-rays on the way out, I explained again that I did not want them. He asked me 3 times...Well, why not, each time a bit more animated, making it very uncomfortable. Im sorry sir, but I do not need to explain my reasoning to you. He proceeded to do the cleaning and did a horrible job. I was able to scrape plaque from my childs front tooth in the parking lot. Needless to say, that was a trip to the dentist that wasnt worth $127. I wonder how much it would have been with the x-rays

I went to Archstone Dental today and overall had a good experience! The waiting room was very comfortable and they were playing a movie on the television to keep me entertained! The wait was a little longer than expected but it wasnt really bad. Once I saw the dentist he was pretty quick about explaining what needed to be done with my teeth. Pricing at this dentist seemed to be rather cheap and he seemed to be really honest when it came to telling me what should be done.The dentist was really nice and quick once he started working. Everything in the dentist office seemed to be really clean and kept up. All of the equipment they used seemed to be more up to date than what I have been exposed to in the past. I will be going back for another appointment in six months! Keep up the good work guys!

Its no wonder that this place has such an AMAZING rating. I am beyond satisfied with the care that I have received every time I have been to Archstone Dental. The front desk staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Mary El always does an amazing job. Dr. Rivers is so kind and down to earth. He has such a great bedside manner and that can be difficult to find (as a nurse, I know just how difficult). I am always so pleased with the care I receive that I would, and do, recommend Archstone Dental and their staff to anyone in search of a great dental experience! A big thank you to all of the staff. I greatly appreciate what you all do!

Always a great experience. My daughter saw a local pediatric dentist when she was 3 and had a traumatic experience and did a poor job on her teeth. The dentist at Archstone has been wonderful. He is up to date with todays technology, very funny, which relaxes the patient, and makes the whole experience reassuring. The staff is also wonderful, sweet and great with keeping everything on time. I am always able to get in right away. And theyre great about staying on top of us for regular visits! I am so glad these people came to our town. Everyone Ive ever spoken with is equally thrilled with them.

Normally we have a great experience here but when my sisters are sitting their talking while the dentist is looking at records I dont appreciate the fact that Dr. David Rivers tell my sister "if you dont stop laughing we are taking the gas away" for one all they were doing is having a conversation and two you werent even doing anything on her and I dont appreciate you saying that to a 13yr old little girl who was just talking/laughing while she waited on you. So I advise if you have him Id request for a different Dr. This is the 2nd time weve had a problem with this Dr.

I would suggest to you do not go to archstone dental in granbury or anywhere in the DFW area they have terrible customer service. I was supposed to have an appt in granbury this morning. On the way to the appt I called to let them know I was running a little late and they informed me that I was put on the cancel list earlier that week. They never called me to tell me this or to tell me they needed more info. I dont have any missed calls or voicemails from them nothing. I dont live in the area I live about 30 mins away and I was almost there.

My daughter and I had appointments there in the Granbury location, and I was thoroughly impressed with not only the staff but the nurses as well. I, myself, have never felt very comfortable at a dentist office, but they made me feel very relaxed and made sure that everything was explained to me. Dr. David Rivers was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and we came up with great treatment plan for me. I will be scheduling with them again so as to continue with them and look forward to the appointment!

I am new in town and walk in to decide if I wanted to bring my girls. I have a 9month old baby and a 9 year old. From the moment we walked in the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The office looks very nice and modern, very clever to have 2 xboxs stations plus a TV with good movies in the waiting room. But most important the doctor was great with the girls, very friendly. Extremely clean, great environment. So happy we came, this will be our Dental office.

I am impressed with the quality of care not only by Dr. Rivers but also by the entire friendly and helpful office staff. Dr. Rivers made sure I was comfortable during my root canal and made me feel at ease, by allowing me to take a break if I needed to. The entire root canal process and recovery was completely pain free (without even taking pain relievers). I had previously selected a dentist based on years of experience, but am thankful that I gave Dr. Rivers a chance

Yesterday I had an amazing experience...a crown redone with absolutely NO discomfort. As a true dental phobic patient, this is the very first time in my life (and I am no youngster) that I have not had some sort of discomfort before, during or after a procedure. Dr. Rivers is terrific! His staff is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Rivers and Archstone Dental in Granbury!

Excellent staff all the way around polite and outgoing Rda assistants that go above and beyond. Manager is extremely nice and is always willing to work with u regardless of your situation. Doctor is gentle patient and is kind hearted enough to take care of dental needs in any given situation. Love this place , give them a call today!

Our whole family is treated at Archstone Dental. Our kids actually look forward to their appointments! The family-friendly atmosphere is definitely a plus! They also provide orthodontic services & extended hours (including Saturday). Every treatment plan is fully explained so there are never any hidden charges or fees.
