Can I just start off with a big WOW?! This office was stunning and definitely well put together. It really gave off the family friendly vibe, yet was extremely modern. Can you believe all the decorative detail that was put into this office came from the very own doctor herself?! I can only imagine how detailed she will be when she starts working inside my mouth! When I arrived at the office, I was lucky enough to see Dr. B as soon as I checked in. That first impression of her just being able to help out her staff when needed and not one of those snobby doctors that are too good to help out the front area, really impressed me. She welcomed me herself and her personality really just made me feel like I was with the right doctor. I completed the check in process, which was extremely fast and was immediately seated! Am I the only one that HATES when doctor offices double book their patients? Emily, the schedule coordinator, reassured me that Dr. B stands firm on the no doubling patient policy because she values her patients time. I came in for my regular cleaning and check up and it was extremely smooth! X-rays were nice and quick! Jennifer, the dental assistant, had magic fingers because my infamous gagging didnt even happen once...can I just officially say that Im in love with this office already? Dr. B entered the room and really took the time to build a relationship with me, which I definitely admired. My cleaning was a breeze and she discussed potential treatments that needed immediate attention while others that we can hold off. Her honestly was admirable because not everyone can afford the dental procedures, but her honesty and willingness to help me really made me believe she wasnt out to empty my pockets but actually cared about me. In all, Dr. B and her staff are AMAZING! A beautiful office and a visit that didnt leave me crying of fear or an empty pocket! I would definitely return and bring the rest of my family. I cant even explain what an amazing person and doctor she is. We definitely need more of her type in this industry!

I can not rave enough about Dr. B and her AMAZING staff! -VERY clean and welcoming office. -Dr. B is an amazing human being and dentist! -Her staff is out of this world nice, caring, and good at their job! -Very affordable. -My time is never wasted in this office -On time and takes their time with me I have anxiety for dentists after years of INTENSIVE and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work done on my teeth. I was to the point of having to be sedated to go to see a dentist. I moved out to Lakeway and my husband found her. After going to her he said I HAD to try her. I had zero, zip, ziltch hope that it was going to be any different than every other one. I can not be more pleased to say I was profoundly wrong I was. She is one of the nicest human beings I have met. I no longer have to sedate myself to go to my dentist. I am pleased to say I am getting my teeth in tip top shape and going to start Invisalign! My whole family goes to see her. She is not only our forever dentist but my hero for taking the fear out of going to the dentist. Thank you!

Im not one to write reviews but I really think this office is exceptional. I was visiting a friend in Austin who is a patient here and my tooth broke while eating out. I called and they were able to squeeze me in as an emergency. Everyone has a very genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor. The assistant was so sweet and helped me calm my fears. Dr. B came in right after the x-rays were taken and was so easy to talk to. The thing I appreciated most was that I didnt feel like she was trying to sell me anything. What I feared might need a root canal or crown was able to get fixed beautifully with just a filling! They also have some amazing touches like Dr. B shaking the lip when she numbs and the assistant placing some Vaseline on uour lips to keep you comfortable during the procedure. Such a great place, seriously wish I lived close enough so I could come here all the time!

I have never had the dentist actually be the one to clean my teeth and while I thought this was going to be a good thing, maybe better than an hygienist, it was the most unthourough cleaning I have ever had and feel like my 6 month cleaning just went to waste. Example, when flossing they normally go side to side in the gums between each tooth. She just went in and out on every tooth. It took all of 10 minute to do my whole cleaning. When finished I always look forward to feeling that smooth feeling when you run your tongue across your teeth. Nope, not thud time. From there she sent me on my way with an estimate to redo three of my fillings, none of which are bothering me.

I normally avoid dentists like the plague. Consider me a convert. Everyone was so pleasant. Dr. Behmanesh is gentle, thorough and takes the time to explain the why and what. She has a trophy on the front desk and I know why. What a joy. Her assistant Stephanie, is no less remarkable. Emily, their receptionist, was wonderful. My crown replacement was treated with the utmost care. I could not be more impressed. Ill be back and highly recommend that anyone who is the least bit squeamish bring their business to Soft Touch. Few businesses are as appropriately named. On a scale of one to ten, I wholeheartedly give them an eleven. Bravo, ladies.

What an great dentist with a very friendly staff. On my first visit I was greeted by Emily and then by Jennifer as if they had known me forever. Thank you Ladies! Dr. B is a very caring person that makes even the most nervous patient right at ease. Thank you Dr. B for taking such good care of me and explaining in detail the dental work that would be best for my overall health.

Was in desperate need to find a new dentist, and they were really accommodating to me. I found Dr. B through my wife, and scheduled an appointment with Jennifer she was courteous and was able to get me in sooner than I expected. My entire experience was painless. Its always great to hear I have no work to be done! Highly recommend Dr. B and her staff.

Dr.B and her staff are amazing! They put my dental fears to rest!! I can not say enough about them! Emily answered all my insurance questions and Jennifer explained the whole procedure throughly! Soft Touch is definitely the perfect name. I like how personable Dr. B and her staff are. Im never fully relaxed at any doctor office, be it dentist, physician, or ophthalmologist, whatever... but at Soft Touch, Im probably the closest Ill get to that state.
