Every time I go to this location they always seem to amaze me and not in a good way. During my last visit I checked in my teenage daughter and her sister. Then I briefly stepped out of the office for about 10 min. About 5 min after I left they called in my kids but they told my daughter they could not see them without an adult which I understand. Typical wait in this office to be called is at least 30-45 min. The girl at the front desk also began to give my daughter dirty looks and roll her eyes which was not appreciated. Also, I myself was waiting for a call from the office regarding an approval for a crown. I asked the girl at the front desk of the status and she started to give me excuses about how busy they were and the person who handles that was swamped. She then told me that it was approved almost 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable and once I get the crown I will be taking my children elsewhere.

I went with my daughter which has an oral genetic disorder. Some of the staff were very unprofessional. One girl that took the x rays went around whispering to others regarding the situation & not in a good way, like if its anyones business then she is making statements which is not part of her job to make, to my daughter, making her feel even worse. The lady cleaning my daughters teeth was rude and very unprofessional & hurt my daughters mouth then had the nerve to be rude to her like if its my daughters fault. They actually made my daughter cry. She is 17 years old it takes a lot to make her cry. The subject is sensitive to her you would think they would be considerate of her feelings. Some of the staff were good to deal with but over all it was a bad experience.

I have a 3 year old who was really afraid of the dental office. Most staff is friendly and helpful. There were a few that talked about patients behind their backs (my son and I) and didnt think I was in the room. The dentists are awesome. I would love it if there were childrens programming on the televisions because the wait is terribly long and children get so restless. Even when I was early for an appointment we still waited for at least an hour. The second time we waited almost an hour and a half. To get a follow up appointment, we had to wait for almost a month. I wonder if they need more staff and/or to not accept any new patients for a while. It makes me want to find another place. But I cant say enough that the pediatric specialist was wonderful!!!

I previously went to another local dentist for a cleaning after coming to Kool Smiles the previous year, and was extremely disappointed with the other dentist. A friend recommended them, and I can now say that the quality of my service and cleaning at Kool Smiles is unmatchable! Adriana does such an amazing, thorough cleaning all while educating you on how to clean and keep your teeth in great shape in between cleanings! A lot of adults dont realize they can come to Kool Smiles! I recommend any adult to come to Kool Smiles! They have an amazing team, they are so thorough and I am always feeling great and 100% satisfied with my cleaning when I leave there!! I will never again go to another dentist, my whole family goes here! Two adults, and all 3 children!

My husband came in to get his teeth pulled. They told him from previous appt they would do all top 1st or all bottom...whichever he chose. Well when he gets there they said the process would take 6-9 months because the place to make the dentures is far away so maybe he should look into another dentist. R u kidding me...u wasted our time for what and he missed work!! He called columbia right down the street, got an appt that same day for 10 mins later, they took all his teeth at once and thwy make dentures right there!! They were very friendly and clean. Im switching my whole family, especially since the first visit was with my son and the dentist wrote down the wrong tooth for the specialist they sent us too....very bad business!!!

Complete waste of an 2 hours out of my day. Every excuse for not knowing i was a new patient so therefore because i booked through their call center ( who apparently have no clue what goes on) they could not even take an xray so i could of made another appointment to have my cavity filled. They did NOTHING because i was booked as an emergency and since i wasnt in pain, guess i did something wrong. Will NEVER GO BACK! I have an implant and have to be medicated before any dental work, and you know how hard it was for my primary care doctor to give me a script of antibiotics? Complete joke of an appointment and i am calling my insurance company because they literally did not 1 thing!!

Had to go there to have a tooth pulled, I was told not to worry that the oral surgeon is great. Almost a week later I feel like I am being hit in the jaw with a baseball bat over and over again. When I called to get some help, I was basically told that I have to deal with the pain and they couldnt help me. I will never go to this place again. Very upsetting customer service. One of the worst dentist appointments in my life, the oral surgeon was shaking the entire time and didnt seem like he was ready for my appointment. My face is swollen and feel like its going to fall of, and they dont give any care to help when they are the reason that i feel like this.

I am very disappointed with you, yesterday my son Kevin Cardona had an appointment for a cleaning and we arrived at 2:04 p.m. and his appointment was at 3. Quick was taken care of for his cleaning, but it was not until 4:30 p.m. that he was told to leave and the doctor never saw him left without her evaluation. That same thing happened to me week ago with my daughter Kiomarys Cardona her appointment was at 8:45 and although I acknowledge that she arrives at the same time we leave at 12:00 p.m. That day I lost my work day and she her day of class. What happens to Customer Service?

From the front desk to the back....... Everyone treated us well!! My son is a worrier and We know every time we go there we will be well taken care of. Love this place!!! Waterbury Office I took one star off. Been going for Several months now to Ortho side. Staff change is continuous. Front desk people are great. New Ortho Dentist is very good. Techs eh!!!!! OK added another star back. Techs change with the exception of two. They are very good. Others are learning. Office is clean and they work well together. My sons teeth look nice.

My daughter broke her tooth about a year ago. She is young and nervous I was worried about bringing her to get it fixed. For a year we flossed and brushed but she ended up with a cavity. I brought her to kool smiles because her regular dentist doesnt feel comfortable working with younger kids. Im so glad we came here!!!! They fixed her cavity with no problem. They were so good she didnt even know she had a shot of novicaine...she didnt feel a thing. They are kind patient and with a clean office full of wonderful staff!!!
