Having been brought up in Atlanta and having had some really bad run ins with dentists, as an adult, there...I am a little gun shy with dentists. Dr. Drake does things a bit differently than most dentists out there. He cares more about the patient than his wallet being fat. He doesnt recommend a service unless you REALLY need that service done. He is highly respectful, considerate of ones position and feelings (I used to be anti-fluoride and was treated with the utmost respect back then). He has excellent bedside manner and above all is super fantastic with my young son! My young son needed to have a cavity filled. My son doesnt like needles at all (well who does? If you do, dont answer that...). Dr. Drake was able to do the entire procedure, including a couple of shots of numbing agent and my son was totally unaware that anything was going on in his mouth except that his teeth were going to sleep, needed a pillow, and were going to get the sugar bugs removed. I left that day, after watching my son get his cavity filled, in total awe of what Dr. Drake does! My son was completely at ease and relaxed and had a wonderful experience. I, too, had a wonderful experience when I had to have six fairly small cavities filled. I chose to have them all done at once...just knock them out. (This was the end of the no fluoride chapter in my life, I might add.) Dr. Drake takes the time with you to make sure that you are fully numb and that you are as comfortable as possible throughout the entire procedure. He explains everything in detail and welcomes any and all questions. He has never acted like anything I had to ask was silly, stupid, or freaky. Hes very respectful and honorable. I would not consider going to another dentist ever again. Im a lifer...Ill just say that. Dr. Drakes office even offers a dental plan to help you get dental services at a discounted rate, if you dont have dental insurance. So, lets say something happens and I lose my insurance (like I get a divorce...hey it could happen) I can still afford to have the best in dental care. -- Natalie Nicole Boyle

Very friendly staff, I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Any and all questions I had were answered in a clear and friendly manner. The one thing that really impressed me is that Dr. Wallace was the one who cleaned my teeth. 99.9% of dentist you go to the hygienist cleans the patients teeth, but whith the dentist conducting the cleaning it really made me as a new patient feel even more comfortable with the dentist and the staff. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, it was the most pain free cleaning I have ever experienced at a dentist. I also enrolled in their in house dental insurance, which is a great deal for individuals without dental insurance. I was overall VERY impressed with my visit to Dr. Drakes office, I have definitely found me a permanent dentist.

The friendly staff and quick service is far above the norm. I have never had an issue with having to wait and I go at all times of the day. Dr. Drake and his staff have done a wonderful job with my children and my 4 year old does not have a negative thought cross her mind when she is told it is time to go to the dentist. Other offices can make someone feel like a number in line. Dr. Drake has never made us feel that way. He gets to know each and every patient. We wont change, we are here to stay.

Dr. Drake, Dr. Wallace, and their staff are awesome! They have always been accommodating, compassionate, and supportive no matter what the need. When my son first started going, he was very reluctant about the dentist chair so they cleaned his teeth standing up and Dr. Drake did the exam in his office!! Rarely do you find a dental office where you are impressed with the staff and the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Drake, Dr. Wallace, AND the staff. They ALL go the extra mile! Jennifer Maples

I have been going to Dr Josh Drake for many years, and before him his previous partner - Dr Murphree- The office staff is so friendly and with so little turnover, they know their patients very well. Dr Drake is especially gentle with me because I had a bad reaction many years ago in another city. I also have a lot of allergies and they help me when I have to try to breathe with a stopped up nose. My husband also goes there and neither of us would change!!

I have been going to Dr Drake for several years now and they are simply the best! He and his staff are always helpful answering my questions. They have always been helpful also with any insurance changes I have. And now with Dr. Wallace I feel the service she will provide will be the same A+ positive service. I feel shes a great addition. Ive never experienced such a positive dental experience as I do at Dr. Drakes office. Simply awesome!

Since I switched to Dr Drake, my dental experience has been great. They have always been on time and very kind. I called one afternoon with a with a sore tooth and they were able to fit me in the same day! Also, they send text messages as a reminder about appointments so you dont forget. Dr Drake and his staff are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give his office a call!

I am so glad I made the switch a few years back to Dr Drake for dentistry. The office staff as well as Dr Drake are extremely professional and make you feel comfortable. If you have an appointment at 8, you will be in your chair by 8! I have only had cleanings so far, but they have been very thorough and every experience so far has been top notch.

Dr. Drake is a fabulous dentist! Not only is he extremely professional, caring and welcoming....he is Honest! If he can help you he will but if its something he cant do, like major oral surgery, he is right up front about it. Wont waste your time or money! He and his staff are wonderful! I would recommend everyone give him a try! :-)
