I havent been to the dentist but once in 22 years. As a young child I suffered mouth injuries and one bad tooth that required pulling. When I went in as a child to have my tooth pulled it felt like the needles were jammed in to the bone and then the dentist began to pull the tooth immediately. I felt everything because he didnt allow time for it to numb or ask me if I felt anything before he continued. I was eleven when it happened and I have never forgot what happened. It scared me for life and I never wanted to go to the dentist after that. When I was twelve I suffered an injury to my mouth that busted my top front tooth. I went to a dentist at 13 and again at 18. It was never fixed or cared for properly and looked horrible. I was always hiding my teeth and would never smile for pictures. Yesterday, I was at work doing my job and had something fall and hit me in my mouth. It busted half my front tooth off and fractured the other one right next to it. I was in a lot of pain, upset and embarrassed by how my mouth looked. Today I was sent to allure dental by my employer to have mouth looked at and cared for. I was terrified to go. I never heard of the place and I never had a good experience ever with a dentist. I arrived early for my appointment the receptionists were very kind and helpful. I was called in five minutes before my appointment time. They walked my daughter and I to a room at the end of the hall. I sat in the chair waiting to meet the dentist and find out the horrible news about my teeth.I was so scared and embarrassed by my mouth and how long it had been since I went to a dentist. Then the gentleman walked in and introduced himself . Dr.Trevor Murray was smiling and so very friendly and welcoming!!! We talked and I explained my injury at work and also other problems with my mouth and why I havent been to the dentist in years. He first gave me the greatest news ever that he could fix my teeth today and they would look better then ever did before. I had to have some filling work to the one with smaller fracture and a crown for the one that was busted in half. I was relieved but terrified what would happen next. But there was no need!! He talked me through the entire procedure. Always asking if I was okay and explaining what he was doing!!! Very kind and caring dentist and wonderful staff. I barely felt anything !!! He was wonderful!!! He fixed my teeth that were broke at work and looked amazing!!! He was right about everything!!! He made my teeth look better then ever!!! He was right I had nothing to worry about!! For the first time I can stand to look at my teeth and smile and show them to others. Both my daughters couldnt believe the difference and how amazing my teeth looked. I have cavities that need filled and some other work that needs to be done and for the first time ever I cant wait to go back to the dentist!!! I have already made an appointment to return to allure dental this month. Dr. Murray is my dentist now !! I will return to him for all my dental work. Thank you to everyone at Allure Dental, the staff and most importantly Dr. Murray for everything today !!! Thank you for beautiful teeth and a smile I no longer need to hide!!!Thank you for giving me the strength and courage to finally get all the work done that my teeth have needed for years. Thank for your kindness and understanding!!! Thank you for making me feel better about myself!!!!

Calling Mazur a dentist is a diservice to the field. He filled my friends teeth while they were under sedation-having never met them prior to the appt to fill their teeth! A parent was a patient of his and made the appts needed to redo two tiny fillings and fill 2 new ones. They had gone to their usual dentist and had a complete check up with x-rays just 3-4 weeks prior. That dentist only did silver fillings, so their parent who was a patient made the appts. My friend has dental phobia and this Mazur prescribed 2 valium, or valium like drug, to them. They took them and this person has a low tolerance, the parent drove them and then mazur gave them nitrous oxide and then violated my friends hipa when mazur called the parent in and told them he found 13 cavities. The parent, who didnt have any authority, stated so and said wait till they are not drugged and do only what they came in for! Then, when they went back to the waiting room he proceeded to fill half the thirteen teeth! 13 INSTEAD OF 4 ????? I was lucky I found this out b/c I had seen all the ads these two dentists have BEFORE I WENT! Anyway, my friend couldnt see the fillings b/c they do do a good job color matching your teeth. So, next appt they take their pill, prescribed by mazur, and low and behold he filled the rest of the teeth. WHATS REALLY REALLY REALLY TERRIBLE IS THAT OVER A WEEK WENT BY AND THAT "DENTIST" DIDNT CONTACT THIS FRIEND TO DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH THEM, OR INFORM THEM OF ANYTHING!!!! THEY HAD DENTAL INSURANCE!!! THE PARENT AND FRIEND DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING EXCEPT THEY THOUGHT THAT HE HAD FILLED THE 4 ORIGINAL. THEN THEY GOT THE INSURANCE STATEMENT. THE PARENT CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY CAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS A TERRIBLE MISTAKE. NOPE. THIS DENTIST ACTUALLY DID IT! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!! MAKE CERTAIN YOU ASK AROUND ABOUT WHOEVER YOU ARE GOING TO. THIS PRACTICE SPENDS AN AWFUL LOT ON ALL THEIR ADVERTSING, BUT THEY HAVE NO STANDARDS AS TO A PATIENTS RIGHTS!!!! HAVE YOU EVER, EVER HEARD OF SOMETHING SO TERRIBLE AND JUST PLAIN WRONG???? I HAVENT BUT I HAVE SEEN THE RECORDS FROM THE ORIGINAL DENTIST, STATING THE FACT THEY NEEDED 2 REFILLED, 2 NEW, AND TO KEEP AN EYE ON ANOTHER ONE!!! THAT WAS DONE ONLY WEEKS PRIOR, NOT MONTHS, OR GEEZ YEARS NEEDED TO SUDDENLY GO FROM A COMPLETE CHECK UP WITH ONLY 4 TEETH, POSSIBLY 5 AND THEN WHEN NOT UNDER SEDATION FINDING OUT YOU HAD 13 TEETH FILLED~!!!!!!!!! THATS ALL YOUR TEETH ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR MOUTH!!!!!! ONE THING ONLY. MAZUR DOES MATCH TEETH COLOR, BUT SINCE HE FILLS WHATEVER HE WANTS THEN HE MUST BE GOOD AT HIDING FILLINGS, YA THINK??? NO WAY. THIS DENTAL "PRACTICE" IS ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY AND DONT EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER GET SEDATED AND SIT IN ONE OF THEIR CHAIRS!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! THIS DENTIST IS THE KIND WHO MAKES PEOPLE AFRAID!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT PROOF, LEAVE A MESSAGE HERE AND YOU WILL SEE, X-RAYS, NOTES FROM 1ST DENTIST, BILL FROM MAZUER, INSURANCE. OH, AND A COPY OF THE RECEIPT FROM THE PHARMACY WHERE MAZUER PHONED IN THE SEDATIVE AND MY FRIEND PICKED IT UP!!!! UNBELIEVEABLE.

I have been to multiple dentists throughout my years of going to the dentist regularly. In the past I have had experiences with dentists that rate from horrible to just ok. After coming to Allure Dental I can actually say I have had a great experience, and that I do not dread going to the dentist. I actually look forward to going to my appointments at Allure Dental. They are so welcoming and friendly, which you find from some people in other dentist offices, but not the same way I have found at Allure Dental. I have been seen by multiple members of the Allure Dental staff, and every one of them have been extremely kind, professional, and genuinely cared about my input and what I had to say. In the past I had been to a dentist that literally broke a piece off of my tooth while she was just examining after a cleaning, and she marked it down as a "found" issue that I later had to have fixed. I had never had an issue before seeing her, and had never even had a cavity before. Every time I returned to get work done they would numb me incorrectly and I could feel the whole procedure. If I would voice my pain she would brush it off as normal and keep drilling. It was horrible. Needless to say I have always been nervous to go to the dentist ever since, and to even let someone work on my teeth. My first visit to Allure Dental I had to get a tooth fixed that I broke while working. I had never had an issue like this especially while away at college, and as you can imagine I was extremely nervous about going to my appointment. I looked at review after review and called around. The receptionist that answered for Allure Dental was extremely understanding of my frantic state and kind enough to take the time to talk to me and reassure me. After talking with her they booked me an early next day appointment, and I decided to try Allure Dental. Dr. Mazur and the girl at the time (whom I wish I could remember her name to mention her) did an exceptional job at fixing my broken tooth! During the whole process he made sure I was comfortable, and I did not feel a thing! After he fixed my broken tooth I came back to Allure Dental to see Dr. Mazur to get the rest of the work that I needed done. Today I saw Megan and Dr. Mazur to get the final work I needed done, and I want to thank them for everything they have done for me, and for how nice they were to me. Everyone who has helped me at Allure Dental has been friendly and welcoming. I have even watched other patients come in and out of the office, and they treat everyone respectfully with that same welcome feeling friendliness. I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist, and my teeth are problem free now! He even complimented me teeth whitening, which I have always wanted. Dr. Mazur is the best dentist I have ever been to, and he is just a great person in general. I will be going back to Allure Dental from now on, and I would highly recommend them above all of the other dentists I have been to in the area and back home.
