I got a $ quote from the secretary who answered the phone to glue a crown back in. Then I asked her to double check that price, did it include X-rays, the exam and any anesthesia (couldnt see why Id need it but I asked)? She put the phone down on the desk so I heard her asking how much it would be. Another woman confirmed the price, the sec. came back on, repeated what shed originally quoted me, and when I asked, she said it was indeed the office manager who confirmed the price. We were good to go. When the procedure was over? They told me the cost was now OVER TWICE what theyd quoted me on the pone (and NO anesthesia was used). I reminded them Id called, confirmed the cost twice (three times, really) and THEY ARGUED WITH ME. The woman who answered the phone did NOT say a word. (And the dentist, cowardly chicken feces, hid in his office. I heard the door lock.) After going back and forth, my saying (and pointing at the phone woman), "She double checked the price! Double checked! And the office manager is who she double checked with!" At this point, the manager waddled out of her office/closet, and in response to my saying (at least five times) that I was quoted by the secretary AND the O.M. less than half the price they wanted me to pay NOW, the O.M. said, and I quote, "Well, everyone makes mistakes." I looked at her, put my checkbook away, closed my purse, and said, "You are absolutely right. And my mistake was coming here." And I left. SSK, NOT K. Muston (???)

Weve been in the area for two years now and have finally found our dentist! Hallelujah! The hygienist I had for both myself and my kids (two different hygienists) were both excellent and answered a lot of my concerns. For myself, they really respected my wishes of my treatment plan. For my kids, Dr. Lutz actually looked around in their mouths thoroughly, so very much not the conveyor belt dentistry we have run across lately. Also, my husband was very nervous about getting a filling redone since he has never numbed up very well in the past. He is also a bit of a dentist skeptic. They were very thorough with him, showing him his x-ray and not scaring him into the decision that they wanted him to make. They did some great work and my husband didnt feel a thing. So, were impressed. :) PS--The lady on the phone that I first spoke with was kind of rude (would not stop interrupting), but dont let that scare you away. Worth it. PPS--Also, they accept Purdues insurance that is included in the Medical.

Ive had two teeth extracted at Aspen dental, and if I have any other dental needs in the future, I know exactly where Im going. Dr. Heath Jones did both extractions, and they were both done with very little discomfort. Not having dental insurance, and paying out of pocket can be expensive. A routine extraction isnt cheap 100% out of pocket, but its cheaper than a surgical extraction. Dr. Jones could have charged me more, as the tooth being extracted was not an easy one. But because of his skill, he was able to get the tooth out as a routine extraction. I couldnt be happier with my all around experience. I will highly recommend this office to ANYONE who has dental needs.

Aspen dental has given me the best experience possible. Aspen Dental Group dealt in a very timely fashion with my dental insurance company who at times seemed like they were using all their resources to get out of paying for dental work, DDS Jimmy lutz and DDS Heath Jones made me comfortable by showing that they genuinely cared about my dental health. I would recommend this establishment to anybody!

I highly recommend this place. It is one of the cleanest and best looking dental offices I have ever seen. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I had 3 fillings done here and the experience was amazing. The procedure was painless and the staff was great! Even when I had concerns, they made sure to address my questions thoroughly and promptly.

I had a toothache and they got me in the clinic within an hour of calling, there was hardly any wait in the waiting room and everyone was really nice. They worked with my financial constraints and everything was really affordable. The clinic itself is really, really nice too. Dont forget to go to their website to print off the 15% off coupon!

I am in pain weeks after getting some fillings done. I went back to get a prescription for the pain, and Heath wouldnt prescribe anything. I am going to have to go to an oral surgeon now, b/c they thought I need a root canal, but my tooth was fine before having the filling.
