I had a lot of work done. It wasnt fun and I didnt want to do it but knew I needed it. I had been going to a dentist in Brentwood that I liked a lot but living in Goodlettsville made early appointments more difficult as our traffic issues in Nashville have grown over the last couple of years. My daughter encouraged me to try Aspen Dental so I did. I moved all the work I needed to Aspen and I am totally satisfied. I was recently given a nice complement about my teeth, a songwriter from England who was here on an exchange program to write with Nashville Songwriters (which I am not) was sitting at the table where I was seated with nine others and said out of the blue "Are those your teeth, they are so perfect?" Ive never in my life had a complement on my teeth, maybe it was because she was from England that she noticed, but I pass the credit for this satisfaction on to Dr. Zeman at Aspen Dental in Madison. He made it as easy as possible and serviced a difficult patient with me.

So I went to here started out great but then I go back thinking i am going to get my teeth cleaned the looked at my teeth told me i needed my wisdom teeth pulled which I already knew and than the dentist leaves and this other lady came back and got me to go over pricing and when i told her i wanted to go over the price with to have my wisdom teeth pulled with my husband she said ok have a great day I than asked about my cleaning and she said let me see if i can get you scheduled I said i have appt that is why i am here i had a appt so i did not feel like fighting with them so i walked out and said i will find a dentist that cleans my teeth!!!!! I have neber been to a dentist that does not clean your teeth and i have insurance that pays for a cleaning every 6 months!!! This place is a joke and only cares about money and not the patient!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Considering the circumstances Dr Zeman was very gentle. The original tooth attraction did take a little extra time because my fiancé has the largest roots Dr Zeman has seen in all his years of practicing dentistry! My fiancé never felt any pain, and he had to have his tooth drilled into3 pieces to get it out. There are some dentists whom I will not name but they were terrible and rough for just a routine pulling at another facility for my children. That experience has made me hate dental offices but here, Dr Zeman took away all the anxiety I had and replaced it with such care and welcoming and made my fiancé feel like the top priority that he is. Love love love.

I am terrified of going to the dentist, after several days of a painful tooth ache I made an appointment at Aspen Dental. I was put at ease as soon as I arrived. Every one walked me through what they were going to do, always asking if I was alright and understanding my fear. The staff here is the greatest and I recommend that any one needing dental services stop by and see Dr. Zeman and his wonderful staff. They also work with you on billing so that you can take care of your teeth on a budget. The best dental experience I have ever had.

Aspen Dental in Madison, TN provided great service to me as a new patient. I was treated with utmost kindness and respect. I was provided with quality service and thoroughly enjoyed my cleaning by Laurie who also gave me adequate information I needed to know about my dental health. Julie was helpful in providing me with an affordable treatment plan that worked with my insurance to get the services I needed done. I would recommend Aspen Dental and their team in Rivergate as they not only provide great service, but also quality care.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was told I had gingivitis. The "early" stages of gingivitis. That didnt sound right me so I went to a different dentist and they told me I had no gingivitis. No signs of any mouth disease. Then! Aspen dental people didnt clean my teeth like I was suppose to do in the first place.they told me "reschedule it sense you have gingivitis and you will have to pay 90 dollars sense". They were trying to scam money out of me by making me pay for something I dont have.

I had a wonderful experience with the lovely staff at aspen. The staff was so friendly and understanding about my situation. With no appointment they had me back and started on the process of removing my tooth , in practically no time at all I was out of the terrible pain that made me come in. To the ladies at aspen , you all played a great part in the team that relieved me off my pain.and Im so thankful for you all... Thanks again

Aspen Dental has been horrible! The Gallatin location drilled down two completely painless teeth to put crowns on. They put on temporary crowns that lasted only two hours before breaking...after eating oatmeal!!! The Madison location was kind enough to fit me in and repair the temporary,however it only lasted from 4:00 to 9:00 that evening! After paying $2700 up front for extensive dental work...this shoddy work is unacceptable

Best dental experience I have had to date. The whole staff is great from greeting you at the door, to walking you out. They are professional and pretty ;). The Dr. Is caring and professional and makes the patients feel comfortable during the procedures. Its the first time I can say "I look forward to going back!" Thank you and see you soon!

this company is a rip off i went for xrays & check up they gave me a plan estimate of $1,425.00 to fill cavities i dont have,extraction i dont need & cleaning & scaleing. i went to my regular dentist today they cleaned my teeth,found no cavities & said i did nit need an extraction total bill $134.00. I deserve a refund from these people

The Doctors and dental assistance,and staff have been so helpful in bringing back my smile. Making me feel at ease and so comfortable. Although its a long journey it is totally worth it just being able to feel good when I smile agin. So go book youre appointment today dont put it on hold any longer.....

All staff and doctors I met were caring, honest and professional. I had a crown crack, so there was no other option but to have my tooth extracted. The tooth extraction was quick and painless (with anesthesia, of course). Wound healed up nicely. I need other work, so I am definitely going back.

First off they lied about the cost then they lie about whet wa needed said it was gonna need surgery and all they did was a simple extraction and smiled the whole time in my face never again will I recommend anyone to go there and they wonder why people hate the dentist
