The best dental experience Ive had since i was a kid. Super informative hygienists, very thorough exams, state of the art technology, clean comfortable office and exam rooms and the staff are Extremely nice from the front office to the Hygienists and assistants. I went for a cleaning and exam. One of my fillings had partially fallen out from years ago. Where most Dentists would have immediately ordered a crown, Dr. Burton took the time to map the tooth and weigh the options without trying to sell me on something. Ive taken this time to review Maryland Farms Family Dentistry because it is such a cut above the other dental offices Ive been to. Try them.. Youll like them!

Maryland Farms Family Dentistry are the best. They keep in touch even when you dont ! I had been having a problem with a tooth for 4 months when I received an email stating that it was time for a check up. I called for an appointment and got in to see Dr Portis the next day. He is the greatest!! And I cant say enough about the staff. Needless to say, my tooth feels much better. No pain even after the anesthesia wore off. Thats what Im talking about. Id recommend them in a heartbeat. And of course, I will be following up without waiting for the next email.

Im always hesitant to chose a new dentist because I feel like good, trustworthy ones can be hard to find. I really lucked out by coming across MFD!!! The whole process is very comfortable, from the decore, to the friendly staff who all seem incredibly knowledgeable. If they dont know the answer to one of your questions, they will find one. Even my dentist is friendly and I feel like he will take the time to explain things to me and answer any questions. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough.

We are all smiles when it comes to recommending MFFD. Dr. Burton and his friendly, professional, well-trained staff have greatly improved the condition of our teeth since we moved to Nashville two years ago. The dentist sees you on time. Everyone I have dealt with at MFFD is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The billing is straightforward, easy to understand, and timely. The cost is reasonable. The equipment is state-of-the-art. I wish every business was run in this manner.

I would have given them no stars if that were an option. These people encouraged a procedure mid visit while I was in the chair. I asked them to make sure insurance would cover what they wanted to do. They assured me insurance would cover the procedure so I gave them the go ahead. Later I found out the procedure was not covered, they charged me, and I got stuck with the bill.

As pleasant as a visit to the Dentist can be! The office staff is efficient and friendly and my appointment started on time. Stephanie performed a thorough and relatively painless cleaning, and Dr. Portis came in promptly for the checkup. Also, they did not try to sell me a bunch of extra services.

I had my first appointment at MFFD yesterday. They are head and shoulders above any dentist I have ever seen. My teeth have never felt so clean! The atmosphere in the office is great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Portis was great. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
