My experience here was truly 5 stars. Extremely professional staff members, clean and modern office, and friendly environment made my visit exceptional. After moving to the area recently, I searched for a new Dentist, and this was located conveniently for me. The registration process was simple and they had all of my information ready for me when I arrived-my check in and out process was hassle free and required minimal effort on my part. Moving to a new area is always slightly difficult emotionally and logistically, but the staff made me feel right at home and made me feel extremely comfortable in a genuine way. Furthermore, I received several cleaning tips from my technician/tooth cleaner, and she went the extra mile for me both in patiently giving tooth care advice and in cleaning my teeth. This office is truly a "modern" office and I will be returning here again. Mr. Robertson himself is very friendly and competent. If youre looking for a new dentist (or even something done once like a teeth whitening or other one-time only procedure) I highly recommend Ken Robertsons office.

My experience at Dr. Robertsons office is always stellar from the moment I walk in the door. Im always greeted by either Audrey or Erica who are both so welcoming and make you feel like part of the "family" right away. On my first visit Audrey went above and beyond in communicating with my insurance company to make sure we all knew and understood my coverage. Then there are Connie and Sherrie. Connie is the Dental Hygienist who makes sure my teeth are clean and plaque free. She is very thorough and always shares useful tips with me as she does her work. Sherrie took the impressions to fit me for a night guard. Like Connie she was very helpful, sharing tips on how to take care of my night guard. And last, but certainly not least, there is Dr. Robertson. Dr. R. has clearly put together one of the best dental teams in the Nashville area as well as create a comfortable yet professional environment. If I had to choose 3 words to describe him and his team they would be - friendly, thorough, informative. If youre looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Robertson and his team.

Going to the dentist is not a happy affair most of the time. However being a patient of this office has been a true joy. From the moment Audrey greets you - you know you are in a good place. She is courteous, quick to help, and quick to respond to any questions. The best dental hygienist (ever) that I have encountered is a new member of their team, Lienne. Not only was she reassuring in her demeanor, but she also was very fair and realistic in her approach. I could tell from little things, i.e. Taking time with her technique so not to cause extra and unnecessary pain, that she took pride in her job and role at the practice. As always, Dr. Ken was nice and great to meet. So happy I found this office- thank you all!

I have been coming to see Dr. Robertson for several years now. Each and every time I enter his office, my stress about being at the dentist goes out the window. All of his staff: reception, dental assistants and especially Dr. Robertson - always greet me with a warm smile. But it doesnt stop there...I so appreciate the thorough explanations while examining my teeth and if/when they find something questionable...and especially Dr. Kens gentleness while examining. It is obvious they are not satisfied with the present as they stay up to date with the "latest and greatest" methodologies and treatments. Never a disappointing visit here!!!

I was in pain and found Dr. Robertson in YP. He was very careful not to hurt me and was very gentle. He explained that I needed a root canal and a cap and gave me a price based on the insurance that I had. I agreeded to pay 1/2 at the begining and 1/2 at the end as proposed. His skills are extraordinary and he even rejected that cap that came from the lab and made them do it over to his satisfaction. What I objected to was receiving a bill for almost $400 after I had paid all that was quoted. I am paying the bill 60 + days later to avoid the ding on my credit.

I was seeking a dentist when I moved to Nashville 16 years ago. Dr. Robertson was recommended to me and I have never had any reason to go elsewhere. Friendly staff, clean office, and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes when I arrive. The front office staff always explains things in detail if I have questions about billing. Their hygienists are great - always offering solutions and advice. Dr. Robertson is kind and gentle, yet very professional and thorough in his practice. Great Dental group.

The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Robertson really cares about your comfort and smile. I went to him with a need for lots of work. He took care of my many many problems in just 2 visits. I never once felt a painful shot (I cant say that about another dentist) and his work is outstanding. My only problem is that the cute dentist assistance said no to me when I asked her to marry her.....I was sedated pretty heavily so maybe she just didnt understand what I was saying.

I never have to wait at Dr. Robertsons office and everyone is efficient and so nice! Dr. Robertson does not ever try to offer me any services that I do not need, nor anyone in my family, and we appreciate his integrity as well as his skill. Also, I never have to worry about any "pain" if I tell them up front and theyll come up with a plan to help! I also like that I can ask for an appointment online and that I get calendar reminders and text reminders.

I have been a patient of Dr Robertson for about 15 years! He is a great dentist and his staff is fantastic as well! They do a thorough job and always answer any questions I have. I live in Franklin, so driving to his Maryland Farms office I pass many other options for dental care, but he is worth the drive. I have a lot of confidence in their work. They are all very caring and compassionate. Would recommend to family and friends!

As someone completely terrified of the dentist, I cannot tell you how much it has meant to me to find Dr. Robertson and his team. For the first time since I was a kid, I have good dental health and I can walk into the office without being overwhelmed by shame or fear. It is a bonus that there work is such high quality but the key to their success is their people.

Fastest and most pleasant dentist office Ive ever been to. The whole staff is incredibly nice. The work they do is great! My appointment was for 3:30 and I was in my car going home by 3:54. Love that I am able to get in and get out!
