I was referred to Dr. Weese and the staff at the Nashville Center for Aesthetic Dentistry to resolve a gray tooth issue Ive had for years following a root canal procedure. Before discussing cosmetic dentistry options for my tooth, which recently had undergone a failed internal bleaching procedure, Dr. Weese persuaded me to see his recommended Endodontist and try again. I was very skeptical that the same procedure would work from a different specialist, but I am very glad that I took his advice. We were able to bleach my tooth back to perfect whiteness (after over a year of it being gray and after multiple procedures from a different specialist), and I am very grateful that Dr. Weese and his team persuaded me to take this more conservative approach. I went back to Dr. Weese to finish the procedure, and couldnt express how happy I was with the result. Dr. Weese and his team will encourage you to do what is right for your dental situation, even if it means that he loses business in the process; I admire his professionalism and sincerity.

I recently was able to again go to Nashville Center for Aesthetic Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned by Zee and to see Dr. Weese. It was such a pleasure to work with Zee as she did everything she could to make me comfortable during my cleaning, and gave me some helpful hints afterwards ensure I have continued good dental health, and to help me with my home regimen Dr. Weese impressed me again with his knowledge and great chairside manner.. Also, Stephanie, as she always does, did a great job of making me feel welcome when I entered the practice. Jaime was also helpful in scheduling future appointments, and with the checkout process. I also saw Brooke on my way out, and she is also very pleasant. I am always very impressed with the staff, and care I receive from this office. If you have not yet tried them and you are looking for a dentist, look no further as this is the place!!!!! I know you will always be impressed like I am with every visit.

Dr. Wells and his team are exceptional! I have been a patient with Dr. Wells since 1997. From the routine to the most complicated, the level of professionalism, care and attention to detail is remarkable! Not only have I enjoyed such outstanding treatment, but it is also a blessing to be able to make such rewarding and life long friendships with Dr. Wells, Deb and Zee. Each are the pinnacle of their profession and amazing and giving people. From the individual care they give in their careers to the volunteering they do for charity and gifts to their friends, I could not recommend Dr. Wells and his awesome team any higher! I originally moved to Nashville from Newport Beach, CA (back in 2006). When I moved, my CA dentist said I absolutely HAD TO go see Dr. Wells...that he was the best in the business. Boy was he right! Dr. Wells and his staff are wonderful! I have been going to see Dr Wells (and mostly Denise, my hygienist) every 3 months for the past 8 years. Even when I moved to Atlanta for a few years, I still drove back to Nashville just to go to this office to have my teeth cleaned. There isnt anyone else (other than my CA dentist) that I would trust my teeth to. From the moment you walk into the office, you will feel relaxed and cared for. It is a calming and welcoming environment and I absolutely look forward to my appointments each and every single time. Dr. Wells has the best staff ever!! I feel blessed to be a patient.

Dr. Wells and his staff are absolutely the best. Me and my wife have been patients of his for over 20 + years. Our kids are 18 and 13 years old and have also been going for their entire lives..As you can imagine, weve had all sorts of work done in that 20 yrs., and its been the best job possible on every occasion..Ive gotten to know many of his staff members and have considered them dear friends for many years now..Dr. Wells is a very caring individual who only wants whats best for your situation..and his office manager Deb and Hygienists Zee and Denise not only do a great job with my cleanings and check ups but also are wonderful to work with when it comes to scheduling my appointments around my insane travel schedule.. Ive referred countless people there over the years and will continue to do so.

I have visited the NCAD twice n the past few weeks. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about my experience. The staff is so incredibly accommodating and kind and Denise was amazing. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to help me find a time to be treated that also fit into my busy schedule. Dr. Wells is always professional. He offered several treatment options and was supportive of the choice I made which happened to involve the least amount of work. As a small business owner myself, I am extremely impressed by the dedication of Dr. Wells staff to their team and the long duration of employment of the majority of their staff. That speaks volumes about Dr. Wells and Weese and the work environment they create and maintain.

Im not comfortable in a medical environment much less a dental office. However, I must let you know that this office and its staff makes you feel like you are in a recliner with a cup of hot chocolate during winter. The interior design of the office makes you forget what you came there for. I have not witnessed any other establishment that offers such genuine customer service that makes you feel so comfortable that it makes you forget that you are visiting a dental office. Dr. Wells, Deb Ham and the rest of the staff will definitely make you feel at home and I personally guarantee that if you visit there, you will spread the word quicker than CNN. This rating deserves 6 stars....not 5.

Dr. Wells is the best cosmetic dentist in the area. He has treated me since braces and jaw resection after age 40. The result could not have been better. He literally is an "artist" in terms of restoration of your smile. His staff is great and you are not shuffled through an "assembly line" approach to treatment. The entire team is focused on exceptional customer service and the individual needs of the patient. This practice acts with total integrity and excellence in patient care. My 14 year old daughter has microdontia or "little teeth". She has been horribly self conscious for the last four years. Not a single school photo after third grade shows any teeth. Last week Dr Wells sculpted her temporary prototypes on her teeth. When her grandmother and a walked in and saw her for the first time, she smiled, really smiled and her grandmother burst into tears. You cannot put a price on the boost in self confidence Dr Wells has provided to my daughter. All that artistry AND he is a kind and caring professional. Thanks to everyone at his office.
