Where to start?! I guess I would start off by saying that I dont recommend going to this place. I started to go to Deerfoot because it was just a few blocks away. Now after the 3rd dentist they went through in less than 4 years Im going to start going to a new dentist. First off the first dentist had done a crown on one of my teeth. The crown had fallen off 2 different times within the first couple of months. So my son and I show up for our next cleaning appointment and find that there is a new dentist (SURPRISE)! This dentist was very rough on both our mouths. I really felt bad for my son as he had to sit through the pain he did just for a cleaning. This same dentist (#2) totally screwed up my girlfriends tooth. She went in to have a tooth pulled. They told her that the tooth was infected so she was put on antibiotics. They pulled the tooth 2 days later with the infection still around the tooth which caused a bigger infection. The pain she had was so unbearable she kept contacting the dentist about the pain. The dentist treated my girlfriend as a drug addict and thought she was lying just to get pain medicine (which she wouldnt give). My girlfriend ended up going to the ER because the pain was so intense! At this point my family was going to change dentists. Then we had heard #2 was no longer a dentist at Deerfoot so we decided to stay. This brings me to the 3rd dentist at Deerfoot. I was told I needed two bridges done on my mouth from the first dentist I mentioned. This was also mentioned by the 3rd dentist. I had told the hygienist I was going to decline the work because of the trust issues I currently have with Deerfoot. The hygienist insisted because she has worked with this new dentist for many years and has personally had work done by her. I decided to go for it. After the bridge was in place it didnt take long for it to fall out(maybe 2 days). It was then set in place again and I mentioned I was in pain. Ive taken more Ibuprofen in the past 2 months than I have in the past 7-10 years. I constantly have headaches now. The dentist mentioned she may have ground away more tooth than needed and I may need a root canal. They make me another appointment to try and cover there tracks by grinding the bridge down thinking the bite was the issue. They told me to give it another 2 weeks to see if this did anything. This did nothing! I called yesterday 8/31/2015 to make ANOTHER appointment. I set the appointment for 9/2/2015. That brings me to today(9/1/2015). I receive a call from the office saying they have a referral for me to see a specialist. I asked who was going to pick up the bill from the specialist sense I was told by the dentist she may have ground to much down from the tooth and I had no prier problems with the teeth before she ground them down? I was basically called a lier and told that this dentist didnt tell me she may have ground down to much of the tooth and that this mistake wouldnt happen with her!!!! I was told I was responsible for the specialist bill and that I had insurance left to help me cover it, WOW! I highly recommend staying clear of this dentistry outfit!! I wouldve not given it any stars if I had the option!

Where do i begin? Whoever the receptionist is, she is rude beyond belief. Second, their price is ridiculous. I guess they have to charge that for lack of business. Thirdly, they charge for everything and want to do these extra things that insurance doesnt cover. I had 1 bad tooth that I wanted to get looked at, I go in there and all the sudden I have 7! They want to do fillings on 4 teeth on one side. They tell me 1 tooth could possibly need a root canal in the future, but they could go in and do the filling and put in this medication that calms the nerves for an additional out of pocket cost, to prolong the possibility of a root canal. I agree, against my better judgement. They get me in to do the 4 teeth and thats when things got worse. First off they didnt numb me well enough. So I started feeling the procedure toward the end of the procedure. Then when leaving they said the next few days those teeth may be sensitive, so use a sensitive tooth paste. I acknowledged and did so. And sure enough they were sensitive for the next few days.....and still are over a month later. Not just the one that was bothering me, they now all hurt like nobodys business. I called when it had hit a few weeks and I was still in discomfort. The receptionist, as always, was rude as hell and told me that they had told me I would need a root canal. Which they didnt, they told me what I mentioned above. She also told me I had missed an appointment which I was never notified I had. So now here I am, worse off, hundreds and hundreds of dollars out, and looking for a new dentist. Whats worse is I was in such bad pain I even attempted to call and make another appointment to which they never answered or returned my call. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WANT LOTS OF MONEY AND THEY DO TERRIBLE WORK! My guess is they drilled too far into my teeth and have now exposed multiple nerves. Anything I eat or drink leaves me in excruciating pain that hurts worse than anything Ive felt before. So bad it radiates into my head and I cant sleep. One last thing, some of the teeth they are claiming are bad have already been repaired by other dentists before I went there. Just doing what they can to squeeze out as much money as possible Please go elsewhere and save yourself time, pain, and money. Read the reviews, this place is the worst. When I get confirmation that they messed my teeth up I am going to seek legal action against them if they will not at least cover the charges to fix their mistakes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been a patient here for about a year. I have seen several dentists during this time. I had all my top teeth removed and for them to make me Dentures. I had the teeth removed and they said to cone back in 6 weeks to start the process of making my denture. I was told before they pulled my teeth that I could make 4:30 appointments. After they pulled my teeth was told 4 was the latest. Was told I would be without teeth for 6 weeks. They pulled them in April and I received a denture in August or September. I went back in for an adjustment and told them it didnt fit right. The lady dentist told me to buy fixodent. Before I had any work done I told them I needed this all done before August due to my work schedule. I bought the fixodent and they still fell out of my mouth. I went back for another adjustment and the little assistant turned on music in the room and proceeds to go talk to the dentist. Just an FYI guys, turn it up louder next time, I could hear you! She told the dentist that last time I was in that I said they fit fine. The dentist looks at my mouth and tells me my bone has been compromised and I need implants. Of course insurance does not cover. She tells me to go to their sister clinic on the west side and get a second opinion, insurance does not cover. I left the office in tears. My husband called another dentist in town and made me an appointment. The dentures were way to big for my mouth. He asked where I went because they didnt even line up right let alone fit. I paid out of pocket to have them fixed. They were going to give me unnecessary implants for a denture that didnt even fit or line up! I am also paying out of pocket to have the cavities they didnt do correctly fixed! I called my insurance companies because they wanted more money from me. The amount my insurance company says I owe vs the dentist do not add up. I called for the office manager and told the receptionist everything thst is in this review. She said the office manager would get back to me in a week or two. Its been 3! I noticed on all the others it says call the office manager. Yeah, tried that! They called to tell me that they sent my account in for a audit. However they didnt mention the $1900 denture that doesnt fit! Check their prices vs other places! I wish I had saw the other reviews before letting them touch my mouth. They cost me a lot of time and money.
