First visit took 4 hours. I had work that needed done, so Im not angry or suprised that happened. It was a pleasant visit and they put me at ease, not doing any work without discussing the cost, which I appreciated. I needed a crown and they had me scheduled a week out for my permanet crown. They called the next week and let me know it wasnt in yet, but would call when it came. I called them a month later and it had just been sitting there. Got crown on, had paid for it on a previous visit. Then, I was suprised to hear I still owed a large balance. They underestimated how much it was going to cost. Had my two daughters scheduled in the following weeks. They called and said younger one (on the same plan) wasnt covered, but I could get a special on a cleaning. She was covered and it took someone from the insurance agency to be firm and make someone do their job so they were both covered. Girls were seen, had cleanings and sealants. Fast forward to today where I just received a bill from the dentists office for covered services that were already billed to the insurance company (again...100% covered services) and I have a balance. Not sure of this is a clerical error or what. The dental hygienists, dentists, and even the office staff were kind. But, that office is a hot mess. Wont be going back.

I originally came here because of the promotional flier I received in the mail that allowed me to get a million x rays and a cleaning for only $59. Sweet deal. All of their equipment is extremely new, office is very clean and staff is exceptionally nice, when answering the phone they say, "how can I help you smile?" I love that! After having the x rays done it was clear that I needed A LOT of work done including two root canals. Any time I had any concerns or pain with my teeth they were very quick to get me in and solve the issues.

The office has friendly staff and thorough doctors. They offered me a drink in the lobby. They got me back in a reasonable amount of time. I will be going back.
