So I thought Dr. Burns was very helpful when. He referred me to an oral surgeon and explained to me why I was in so much pain. After staying on the antibiotics he prescribed me for three days and still almost in tears with the pain level, I called his office back. I explained to them the amount of pain I was in and that there was no change with the antibiotics. They said they would tell The dr and get back with me. I received a call 30 mins later and was told im her words that the doctor couldnt do anything else. She preceded to tell me sorry thats all we can do. Two more days went by and my temp reached 103. I made my way to the er after the 5th day, the doctor prescribed me a stronger antibiotic for four times a day and I feel such relief. I felt I wasnt listened to at the office and my health was not at best interest. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Although Dr. Burns is a great dentist I was lied to and told that my insurance would cover the majority of my last visit to have a root canal done. I paid up front what was due, and thought that was it. The lady at the front counter told me that was all I had to pay and my insurance would cover the rest. Long behold a couple of months later I get a bill in the mail for almost $800. I called the front office, and all they said was they will mail me more paperwork but I still had to pay the $800 bucks. No discount or anything to take care of their customer. I was planning on getting a lot more work done, but I wont continue with a dentistry that lies to their customers just to get clients.

My good friend recommend Dr. Burns to me. He had done some crowns for her in the front. I would have never known they were crowns if her and I were not friends. They are beautiful!! So..... I just had my appointment yesterday at Dr.Burns office for my smile make-over! I had 8 crowns done in the front due to severe staining from an antibiotic I was on when I was a kid. I cried in the chair when he was done. (Happy tears) I never thought my smile could ever look this good! The girls at the office along with Dr. Burns made me feel so comfortable! I would never hesitate about recommending Dr. Burns to my friends and family! Great experience!

I have been to multiple dentist in my lifetime as I have had a lot of sports injuries resulting in busting my two front teeth out multiple times. I have never been to someone who has done this great of a job. Everywhere I go people compliment my teeth. I have very good natural teeth but could never get my two front teeth to match, look good and look real. He was able to accomplish all of those things. I also, recently went to my orthodontist that I have been seeing for 8 years, so he has seen all the work Ive had done on my teeth and at my last appointment he and his staff could not stop complimenting my teeth.

Dont go to Austin he mest up my teeth and took away my smile he took over16grand and ran with my money he did me wrong I asked for his help to fix what he did cause I got a second a pan ion and very bad work he said no wow please take my advise I was his first to do all my upper teeth in capped he didnt tell me after he took my money then I found out I was the first he did all the teeth on top he is for the money trust me he will not help you for his mistakes

Everyone should go to Dr. Burns!!! Dr. Burns and his staff have all been wonderful to me at all my visits. I used to be scared of the dentist, but Dr. Burns has truly changed that. He explains all the treatment so I can understand it and always makes sure I am comfortable. They have always treated me with complete respect.

I would not recommend Dr. Burns to anyone! I was not made to feel like family as he professes, I was not treated as a respected client. I was spoken to in a very condescending manner. If this is how he treats his family I am glad I am not related to him!

Very poor communication. Cancels appointments without telling you, then lets you sit in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes before telling you to reschedule.
