Today I had my dentures thrown into the trash can by Dr.James Goodpaster because I was on my cell phone. He came in to do my molding and instead of just asking me to get off the phone so he could do his job, he just literally tried to forcefully shove the dentures into my mouth. When I backed my head up and said "whoa, hold on a sec bub" he said screw it and threw my dentures into the garbage. After i calmed down, i let them finish their work and he never even said one word of apology. James Goodpaster, your work ethic is worse than the garbage you threw my dentures in to. You and I are both very lucky that i have learned to curb my anger over the years or i would have punished you right there in your own office. I paid $3000 to this company and this is how Im treated because I had a phone call. This is BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever seen. I read a review when I got home and found that almost the EXACT same thing had happened earlier this morning to someone else, and there was another problem yesterday, so this is not an isolated incident. Take my advice and DO NOT spend your hard earned money where it is not appreciated and earned.

my dentist dr. Goodpaster at affordable dentures is the very best I have ever been to. I was never taught to brush and floss daily. And by the time I had gotten all of my natural teeth it was too late. As a result of that I have lost a lot of my natural teeth. I am very scarde of a dentist but with dr. GoodpasterI was very comfortable. I never felt any pain at all. Thanks

The dog running around the office is not what I want to see in a dental facility. Price policy "shifting" isnt a welcome practice. Told one policy during initial visit, told I had to Prepay during second visit.

Was VERY nervous about the extractions (about 25 total) and procedure in general. Staff made me feel very welcome and calm, all very polite and accomadating. Would recommend to another any day.

The staff is so pleasant from the time you check in at the front to the doctor and the assistants. They were all professional. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This place makes appointments, and you wait an hour over your appointment time, they dont bother to let you know they are behind....just leave you waiting..prolly wont be back after today.

Pretty sure that Ive made the right decision selecting your dental service. Of course its early in our relationship and its not going to be complete for several months. But so far so good.

Dentist is very personable and staff makes nice looking dentures. Drove an hour and 10 mins just to go to this office.
