Worst Dental practice ever. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star. Any of these people that are leaving good reviews must have never experienced a good dental practice. And, let me say, my review IS NOT based on just one visit. I and my daughter have had SEVERAL visits each. I waited a long time before posting this review. I gave them plenty of chances to change my opinion. 1ST off, every time you go in for an appointment, plan on 3 to 5 hours. Also, after making appointments a few weeks out, they have called to change my appointment the night before. This has happened 3 times to me and my daughter. They do not know how to schedule properly and they over schedule. 2nd, the dentists DO NOT care about the patient. This whole practice is all about money. My daughter and I have had $1000s worth of dental work done and paid for it all at Aspen. I was short $40 one day of paying my bill and they wouldnt even bill me for the $40. They refused to do the work. And, they charge more for services than contracted with the insurance. My insurance sent me a statement saying I should only pay $50 for a service they were charging $150. They treat you like you are a product with no feelings, not a person. The 1st thing they will talk to you about is MONEY!!!! 3rd, my dentures broke twice within the 1st 2 months. Yes they fixed them but accused me of doing something to make them break. No, I didnt, they just never fit right. Its like they got mine mixed up with someone elses.Thats how bad they fit. They were to big for my mouth. Then, the 4th month in, my dentures just completely crumbled in my hands. Finally had to go elsewhere 4 dentures. Just please, SAVE YOURSELF THE AGONY, find a private dental practice. I did, and felt so much better about the care I received. I have not had to sit at my new dentist for more than an hour, they allowed me to bill $100 of my care and I have never paid an amount different than my insurance statement. Aspen dental is a good example of ROTTEN corporate America. A persons medical or dental care should not be treated like they are treating it at the CHAIN dental practice called Aspen. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!!

It was my very first visit at Aspen Dental. I made the appointment because I had lost a crown, but also I needed to get in for a check up and cleaning. My over all experience was positive. No problem getting an appointment quickly. Very pleasant and seemingly professional staff. My only annoyance with my visit is that from the very first moment being seen, it was clear that they were setting up to do all sorts of dental procedures! I do need some immediate work done on another tooth, that I was not aware of before the appointment. But the matter-of-fact that I was going have to have several thousands of dollars of work done this year, was irritating. The staff wasnt pushy, just matter-of-fact kind of attitude. Sure, let me know what is wrong with my teeth, but dont just assume Im going to have everything done ASAP. Even though I have private dental insurance, it doesnt cover much. We are talking a lot of $$! As far as time spent there, it was a little longer than I think it should have been. I had full set of x-rays and an exam with the hygienist and then the Dentist, then, a conversation with the office manager. I was there a good two hours. And thats with me filling out a lot of the paperwork that I had printed out from their website. I only had one other form to fill out after I checked in. I waited just a bit longer in the waiting room at the beginning than I think I should, and, just a little longer than I think I should to see the Dentist. However, they do have TV in the exam room to keep you occupied while you wait. I will update my review after I have some procedures done.

I wish I could rate this place a zero. But to future customers be aware of this dental place. I had my wisdom teeth done over a year ago and they ended sending me a massive bill saying that I still owed them money. I talked to the manager, Jessica, and she even spoke with my father saying that my insurance will cover 80% and I only needed to pay the rest. She even said that she called my insurance and they gave her the ok that they will cover it. But when I called my insurance they told me they never received any calls from Aspen Dental...I called this place multiple times and they kept saying it wasnt their fault and that I should wait for my insurance a couple more days and they will fix the constant bills saying I didnt pay. We eventually had to pay in full. Please double check with your insurance before you believe anything they say and choose to sign any contract. They have lost me as a patient and I will never come back here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

My first visit was amazing - speaking with the office manager Leanna put me at complete ease. There was no pressure at all to make a decision which ultimately made me want to go to Aspen. I have gone back several times and each time have been impressed with the quality of care. Dr. Sim actually takes the time to explain procedures and always demonstrates both professionalism and devotion to the patients care. Ashley (dental assistant) always made me feel welcome and anytime I became nervous she was right there. The hygienist (Lucy) was knowledgable and ensured all of my questions were answered. Stephanie at the front desk made making appointments or rearranging a scheduling conflict easy. I never once felt pressured or frustrated like I had at other dental offices. Thank you Aspen!

Incompetent staff. Went in for an extraction which went fine. Called in meds but cvs was out of pain medication until next evening called them before they closed for the evening and was told that it would be handled to have the transfer done of meds. It wasnt done. CVS called next morning to tell me that they wouldnt have the meds until the following Tuesday. They called aspen who called me to say they understand what happened but I had to take the script to the pharmacy down the street because their doc wasnt authorized to send them electronicly. Picked it up just now without an apology and now it cant be filled because it doesnt have all the information on it that is needed for a script.

Pulled my boyfriends top teeth out in 20 minuets because the Dr called and asked if we could be there sooner so he could leave, which we couldnt. Then after a few months, they say hes ready for his permanent set of dentures, but hes still shrinking. They dont fit right, his two front teeth are way on the side. AND they put 7 teeth on one side and only 6 on the other. Spent 5000 dollars on a hunk of junk, and they say thats how they are supose to fit. BS. Dont go here!! They dont listen to anything and just roll their eyes. Now he has to walk around ashamed of how he looks because they made him look like a horse and wont fix it.
