Front desk people were talking about personal health issues. Just topics that you shouldnt be discussing at a professional doctors office. They were not personable what so ever and did not make me feel welcome at all. The lady working the lab was on her phone the second I walked in until she had to take my blood. Once I was ready for my bloodwork she didnt speak a word to me and hardly acknowledged me at all. She made it seem like it was a hassle. I do not recommend this place to anyone what so ever.

Been a patient there for 15 years. Have seen three physicians, and one PA. As long as everything was going okay, they were fine. The minute I expressed disappointment in their care, I was met with defensiveness, lawyer-speak, and termination of services. Cold attitude for a place I had gone to for so long. Visit at your own risk.

We recently had to change our health care provider to Kaiser and were very dissatisfied with their lack of care for our two children. Fortunately, we are able to go out of network and knew with the option we came running back to see Dr. Ackerman. Shes a one of a kind pediatrician and we highly recommend her.

Enjoy the care i receive here. Sara Flanigan, PA is absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff has always been friendly. Dr. Ackerman is a great peditrician. I will have my family, myself included, come here for all our medical needs.

We love Dr. Ackerman, but the ladies at the front desk are sometimes rude and rarely helpful. I have thought about switching pediatricians for no other reason than the ladies at the front desk.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The girls at the front desk were rude, non attentive, not helpful. Staff brought me back 1 hour late. Very disappointed as a new patient.
