I have been coming here for Years.. Since before the remodel.. I must say... If it werent for your doctors and P.A. I would not come here. Ive had my appts rescheduled without my knowledge 4 different times. The nurse that handles the records most often is always rude. She comes off as annoyed by parent request for records. The last time I spoke with her I was completely taken back by the way she talked to me. She didnt have any regard as to who was watching (children and other parents) like I was the ignorant one for asking for my childrens records.. What terrible way to represent the pediatrician office she is employed for. The M.A.s are mostly great. They usually make my children feel welcomed so no major complaints there. Front desk is always short no matter peak hours or not. I shouldnt feel rushed or as if Im an inconvenience to the staff at any point for any reason. If it wasnt for patients coming there none of them would be employed there in the first place. So maybe a few staff memebers should be reminded of that or maybe replaced..

First of all, I really like Dr Wedemeyer. We just transferred from Kaiser and I am trying to get used to not having the huge medical facility, and dealing with just a little office instead. Dr Wedemyer is kind, caring, and seems to genuinely care - she is the only reason I am not completely devastated to not have Kaiser anymore. However, everyone commenting about the front office gals are completely right. There is one older gal with long hair and glasses, she is very friendly and polite, everyone else is rude rude rude. I have been waiting for over a week for someone to call me back about my sons medical records. I need a copy of shot records or my son cant attend summer camp, whenever I requested one from Kaiser, it was faxed to me within 15 min. I will also mention that the nurses I have dealt with so far (I have been here 4 times in the past 3 months) are also very kind and caring. Front desk staff needs to step it up!

Took my six year olddaughter there in April for general care and some dermatology reasons. Was given physical, and told the issue would resolve itself. Five months later and the issue has spread. So, I call to make an appointment for my daughter to be seen (some other things too). The outright dipleasure to make my daughter an appointment for even 1-2 weeks out. The front desk rep even stated I will not make you an appointment call another department. When I ask for a supervisor,I get a voice mail with np return call. These peopl were rude from the first time I got there. ITS CLEAR , the front desk does not want to do their jobs. The doctor I dealt with, was quick to dimiss the original issue. Which now 5 months later im still at square one, and need a new Pediatrician. THANKS MOUNTAINLAND!!!!!

Moved my son to here instead, I love the doctor! He is great and sincerely caring. Unfortunately, his CNA ??? - the lady that takes his temperature, oxygen level, etc., before the Dr. sees us is very nice, but she seems to not really understand parenthood. Every time I go in, Im struggling to get his car seat, and diaper bag and him through the door, she has never once asked to assist. Which, I dont mind, but I think its just courteous. Aside for that, she is very friendly and Dr. Markowski is great! He takes time to understand and explain everything to me. There was only one time Ive seen him slightly flustered. The front office personnel can use more training and be more friendly. Overall, they are very good to us here.

LOVE LOVE LOVE DR WEDEMEYER!! Ok, so the nurses are not the best, front desk is OK but could be better. Yet, its worth going through the front staff to get to the Dr!! They are who REALLY matter anyway. Dr Wedemeyer is caring, patient, listens without rushing you, and will make sure to get your child the best care. I also recommend Dr. Oster, Dr. Markowski, Marcie PAC is OK, the only one I did not care for much was Janel Saunders CPNP; she was not very kind to my girls, snapped at them, and acted as if she knew it all...she does not, no Dr. does, that is why they call it PRACTICING medicine. Other then the front staff, SOME nurses, and Janel...I would not take my kids anywhere else.

To start a few of the receptionists are a little rude and snoty. Put that aside and its a great place for kids. Dr. Spooner is amazing you can tell she really cares for the children. She is both my kids doctor and she always takes time to hug my little baby son and ask how my daughter is doing in school. Id recommend her for any childs doctor. Also all the MAs are nice and patient with the kids. They dont seem to be in a hurry to get your child out the door. They actually want to find out whats wrong.

Literally just called to ask a few questions about cost for a new patient. I got one short answer, I said thank you. And as I was about to ask one more question, I was hung up on. Its unfortunate this rude receptionist is keeping me from coming here.

I have been bringing my kids here for 7 years now and I love them! I feel that the everyone genuinely cares about the patients that go here. My kids see Frank and he is GREAT! Always explains things thoroughly and very informative!!!

My boys are going to be 13 and 11. We have been going to this facility since they were both born. I couldnt have chosen a better place to take my boys when they need the best care possible.

I love every doctor and medical assistant there. They are all fantastic as are the triage nurses. I do not care for the front desk staff and the waiting area is usually dirty and disheveled.
