Im writing this review on behalf of my parents and myself. I left Dr. Morgan several years ago after he refused to do a simple iron blood test because I felt terrible and thought I may have been anemic. Turns out I was, and my iron levels were so low I was one period away from hospitalization. Ive urged my parents to leave him ever since, but they stayed, until now. My father recently lost 56 lbs. This was intentional, not due to illness. He was on high blood pressure medication. Since losing the weight he had been seen twice by Dr. Morgan. Now, when you go in to see your doctor you are weighed and they take your blood pressure, or at least they are supposed to. My dads blood pressure was VERY low, and still Dr. Morgan did not take him off of the blood pressure meds. Over 4th of July weekend my dad fell extremely ill. Very dizzy, dehydrated, etc...because his blood pressure was way too low!! I urged him to stop the blood pressure meds asap, drink pedialyte and get into see another doctor immediately. Thankfully, hes okay now. Dr. Morgan couldve killed him!!! Now lets talk about my mom. She has no thyroid. She and I both suffer from Hashimotos thyroiditis. She was on synthroid, and it was not making her feel better. Im on Armour thyroid, and see a thyroid specialist, she only sees Dr. Morgan. I told her I feel great on the Armour, she should ask Morgan to try it out. He agreed and switched her. The dose they started her on was too high, needed to be lowered. Dr. Morgans MA took it upon herself to switch my mom back to synthroid because the dose Morgan listed on the prescription to lower the Armour to didnt exist. Instead of going back to him and saying Armour is only available in this dose, should I do it, she just switched my moms medication. MAs cannot do that!!! Not only should she be fired, Dr. Morgan should lose his license!! Stay away from this doctor!!!

Dr. Morgan is one of the reasons it was so difficult to leave Colorado. In him I found a true health practitioner; knowledgeable, on the level and worked between myself and the specialists for a very long term health issue. Theres no bull about Dr. Morgan, he fosters a health team approach and doesnt put you out to specialists and leave you there; he maintains the lead role in your health care. This is so vital when dealing with several doctors, in my situation I had complete faith in him. Trying to replace a much respected and admired doctor is not an easy task. I give you my word: he has the up most standards and is comfortable to share any health issue with. I consider him the best primary care physician Ive had in my 50 years. Terry/Washington State.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morgan for the last 12 years and have tried to make an appointment with him several times however he is always booked out so far you cant see him.....I had an upper respiratory infection and was told I would have to wait until the following Wednesday before I could see him! I wound up in the ER this weekend and called this morning and was told he was off today and had not appointments on Tuesday either.!!!! very frustrated that you cant see your Dr even if you were very ill! I know Dr. Morgan and I know he would not approve of his patients being treated this way. I guess I will have to look for another Dr. regretfully! Pam Woody

Dr Morgan is a great pcp. He listens and makes you feel like youre having a conversation rather than talking at you
