Estas personas no tienen ni la menor idea de lo que hacen. Contratan personas inexpertas solo para atender a toda la cantidad de personas que llegan gracias a que pagan un anuncio en la radio. La manager es una persona prepotente y los doctores no dan la cara cuando surge un problema. Fui a sacarme las muelas del juicio, me anesteciaron y despues de estar anesteciada me dijeron que las disculpara pero que tenia que ir con un cirujano, ya que ellos no podian hacer el trabajo. Eso me lo dijeron despues de que me llamaron como 3 veces para presionarme para que fuera a sacarlmelas porque segun ellos era urgente. Deje de ir a trabajar y cancele todas mis labores solo para que al final me dijeran " Lo sentimos Senora, pero piense que todas las cosas suceden por algo, y talvez si hasta hoy nos dimos cuenta que no podriamos sacarsela, fue porque Dios asi lo decidio" jajajaj como si ellos solo siguieran las senales de Dios y no lo que dicen las radiografias. Ademas se le callo un objeto de trabajo al piso a una asistente de dentista y me lo volvio a meter en la boca. Les doy una estrella porque no hay opcion para poner 0.

Well I went with a friend for the first time. Its was a very nice once you go inside. The ladys from the front greet you very warmly and the are very pretty.... But when my friends was fill out the paper my son and daughter when to play in the play ground they have. you guys know kids can be very loud. Of course they are kids! Well this big as tall woman started yelling at my kids and ask who their mother was and told me to calm them down . She yelled at them from cross the room. I was soo in shocked. Like what the hell . They are playing in the room you guys made for them. You can expect for kids not to be loud. Thats was very rude and she end up scaring my kids. I told my husband not to take our older son but since he Already had an appointment my husband went by himself with my older son because I didnt want to see thats mean as lady. Well my husband come home after their appointments in shock he told me that they were kids play and she had yell at this kids and told a lady to give them lollipops so they can shut up. Then she stared yelling at someone girls thats works there embarrassing them in from of everyone in the clinic. Then she went around introducing herself as the store manager smiling. Like Wow!! I honestly feel soo bad for does poeple who worked their. Since they are very petty young lady and sooo nice And they end up getting humiliated by a mean person. Thats soo unfair for them. One of this days I saw the commercial they have on tv . At the end its said we treat you like family. Well last time I check my family dont yell at my kids for playing in the playground. If I were you and you have kids . PLEASE DONT TAKE YOU KIDS TO THIS CLINIC.MY BABYS ARE STILLING HAVING NIGHTMARES FORM THATS DAY. The store manger is not kids friendly and avoid the embarrassment getting yell at by someone big as tall woman and she is a monster to cute kids. No thanks. I rather drink pain killer to make the pain go away or find other clinic were my kids dont get yell at for being kids. Then to ever go back to thats clinic.

Lo siento pero para mí fue una mala experiencia . Ise una cita para una limpieza básica y supuestamente solo me cobraron $49 por adelantado pero porque saben que siempre van a buscar una excusa para decir que no te la pueden hacer por un motivo u otro pero si te pueden hacer una limpieza frofunda para cobrar casi $200 más. Y el detalle que yo me ise la limpieza profunda en estos días pero aún así encontraron supestamente un poquito se sarro en no sé dónde por eso era nesesario hacer no sé cuánto y cuándo les deje que no quería hacerme todo lo que me sujirieron en ese momento perdí los $49 que supuestamente eran para la limpieza básica. No es justo la forma en la que de una forma u otra estafan a la gente pero bueno suerte. Y está solo fue mi humilde opinión.

Yo por mi ni siquiera una estrella les daba pero no se puede dar cero estrellas por eso les estoy dando 1. Muy mala experiencia ellos cometen errores y despues no los aceptan, no lo recomiendo a este lugar a mi cuando me hicieron la limpieza general de dientes la higienista limpio de mas, donde no debia termino desgastando mucho mis dientes con una cuchilla que hasta me hizo hollos en 5 de mis dientes me imagino que lo hacen con la intencion de que luego uno se ponga rellenos ahi, ya lo hacen con la intencion que uno les gaste mas, les gusta robar disimulando y luego fui a reclamar y me dicen que es normal wow! que asi deben de ser las limpiezas buenas, dicen que uno de hispano no habla no reporta las crueldades que nos hacen pero cuando hablamos ni caso nos hacen????

Mi experiencia con Dental Now 14 es maravillosa desde el seguimiento de la cita, siempre atentos y sobre todo preocupados por nuestra salud, la atenciones desde que llegas hasta que terminan, eso es un verdadero servicio al cliente, que decir de las maravillosas manos de los doctores que hacen que ya ir al dentista no signifique fastidioso. Soy cliente y seguiré siéndolo y no sólo por el trato sino por la higiene y experiencia de esos profesionales. Le invito a todos a acudir a Dental Now 14 ya que como ellos dicen te tratan como si fuera parte de tu familia.

La major experiencia Dental Now 14 me ha devuelto la confianza denuevo ya que los dentistas te tartan como ser humano no como un numero para ellos, es una clinica que con el trato te enamoras. verdaderamente te tartan como su familia no juegan con el bolsillo del paciente los precios son incomparables, La higiene, clinica, dentistas, jefes y todo el personal estan ahi por passion, les invite a que hagan su cita en una de las mejores clinicas te haran sonreir desde el momento que habres las puertas y saldras con tu major sonrisa.

pesimo el personal no tiene experiencia y atienden a muchas personas al mismo tiempo por eso no hacen su trabajo bien yo fui sin dolor y sali con dolor y me quieren cobrar otro procedimiento que por culpa de ellos salio mal la higienista segun hiso una limpieza profunda y todo el tiempo que estubo segun aciendo la limpieza se estubo haciendo la loca en una computadora quien sabe que tanto asia y no iso nada no los recomiendo no resuelben nada solo un Doctor como para 8 pasientes al mismo tiempo

I had my first appointment, I was quoted about $10,000 on dental work, I was trying to get a second opinion and get a quote but they were really expensive! they charge about $4,000 for an implant, I was quoted by another place for half the price. The time didnt take long for me to be seen. It was one doctor, and he went from one room to another doing quick consults. As I was waiting there he was working on a lady across from me, they were replacing the water filter and the poor lady stay there with her mouth open for a long time while the Dentist and the assistant flirted with each other it was disgusting. Definitely not going back, I felt rushed by him because he was the only dentist trying to do 3 things at once and because the assistant do not have great bed side manners.
