I used to come to this location as a kid when my mom used to take me so i decided to come back. Im currently 6 months pregnant. I came in sign the clip board and put my and my appointment time which was 11 AM. I sat there til 11:45 AM and no one said a word to me.I got nauseous while in the waiting room as well. So walk up to the window and told them my appointment time again, they proceeded to tell me that had to fill out patient info. I thought that was completed within the first 15 mins of arrival!!! None the less I complete my info. They take my insurance card and ID by this time it was 12:15PM. They couldnt take me cause i needed confirmation on my pregnancy. I was so pissed by that time I just left. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My wife went there and set for an hour they bought a child in the room and did an exam or her while she was still in the room. She ask for a cap and a tooth extraction she refused to do the cap and insisted on doing an expensive root canal when she declined that she refused to pull her wisdom teeth. This is a awful ghetto place go somewhere else.
