Dr Kizer is an outstanding dentist who runs a superb practice. We (husband, myself, and three pre-teens) have been patients of Dr Kizer since we moved to Knoxville in July 2012, and are completely satisfied. Our visits to his office have covered all of the basic dental treatments to include: annual exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and teeth whitening. Dr Kizer and his staff excelled in every area. Let me share some basic comments on the things I look for in a dentist: Dental knowledge/skill: 5 stars! Not only Dr Kizer, but his entire team, are well-trained, experienced, and patient oriented. They work together extremely well. Timeliness: 5 starts! Appointments are always on time. Office: 5 stars! Clean and professional. Staff: 5 stars! Excellent service all around, from the receptionist to the hygienists to the billing team, everyone is focused on patient satisfaction. Pain management: 5 stars! Dr Kizer minimizes pain and works with his patients to ensure their comfort. I highly recommend Dr Kizer and his team for any and all dental needs.

Ive had alot of bad experiences with dentist offices and I always wanted to cry when I left due to thsee other dentist offices telling me how bad my teeth were, however my first visit to Dr. Kizer was GREAT!! I left feeling awesome, all of the staff is so friendly and they make me feel great. Dr. Kizer never does more than is absolutely necessary and which saves me alot of money so that makes me happy! I didnt feel anything while getting 2 cavities filled. They even got rid of years of stains on the back of my teeth due to smoking when I was younger. I would recommend anyone to go there! Theyre the best dentist around.

The staff is super friendly and the doctor is great! I havent been to the dentist in years and I was really dreading the visit. I had 2 fillings done today and I have to go back, but Im looking forward to it. He was very personable and explained very clearly all my options, the pros and the cons. I dont have dental insurance so it helps that they accept carecredit. I chose this dentist based on good reviews and he has certainly earned another one. He will be my primary dentist from now on.

My 7 year old had to have his first cavity filled today. We were both a little anxious. The dental assistant showed him every tool Dr. Miller would be using and walked him through the procedure step by step. Dr. Miller did a great job of explaining what he was doing as well. We were in and out of there in 30 minutes. It was a great experience!! I highly recommend this office! Weve been going there for years and all of their employees are wonderful! Dr. Kizer is a great dentist too!

I had horrible pain due to a much needed root canal and not one dentist was able to see me despite all the pain I was in. I called this place and they could tell how much pain I was in and they went above and beyond to squeeze me in to help the pain. Everyone was SO nice and helpful and I havent ever seen a more patient dentist who explained everything. All this was done 2 days prior to thanksgiving and Im so thankful for their hospitality and kindness

Dr Kizer and his staff were able to fit me in for an emergency issue and couldnt have been kinder. Although I have a great fear of ANY dentist, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Dr Kizer explained everything, took time with me and worked on a plan to fix other (non-emergency) issues as well. Both his medical and office staff were helpful and informative. I cant say enough about them and am looking forward to going back.

Dr. Kizer was able to see me on somewhat short notice. My comfort level and anxiety was handled with great effort. I was well informed of everything happening and what to expect during my procedure. My comfort was a big concern for the entire staff and I was well taken care of. I am already eating solid food the same day. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kizer and his wonderful staff.

I just love Guinn. I work with Dr Britton and started seeing Guinn because he thinks so highly of her. We get lots of parents asking where a good adult dentist may be. We only give out Dr Kizer/Miller cards. You are also very good at staying on time. I know how hard that can be. Your front office ladies are really nice also. GOOD JOB.

Wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentists were friendly, professional and caring. We have lived many places and this is the best dental care we have received. They were gentle and relaxed with my young children and they had a great experience. Dr. Kizer is a great guy as well as dentist. I have had tons of work done by him after a major accident. His calm nature and knowledge put me at ease throughout the procedures which were very extensive. Today I get complements regularly about my teeth! If only they knew!

Dr. Miller is cheerful, the hygienists are all nice, attentive, and easy to talk to. They are prompt and efficient, and really help instruct without being condescending. Also, the front office administrators is quite possibly the best in the business.
