First visit and the experience was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional from the ladies at the front desk, to the x-ray tech, dental assistant, and Dr. Baine himself. Would highly recommend! Adding: I needed to go back again today to finish the cleaning of the other side of my mouth (took 2 visits because of how bad I have neglected my teeth) and this experience was even better than the first! Nori, the greeter at the front desk, and Melissa the payment processor also at the front desk, recognized me immediately and, similar to yesterday, were extremely friendly and helpful. I also ran into the x-ray tech Shakira who helped me book my next appointment. Everyone at this office goes out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. The best part however was thanks to Sherry, the hygienist. I was very happy that the office has you work with the same hygienist each visit as I was very comfortable with Sherry from the previous day and she did such a thorough job considering how much work needed to be done. Sherry is extremely outgoing and immediately puts a smile on your face. She is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the entire process. Most importantly though, she does an incredible job and my teeth have never been cleaner. Sherry alone is reason enough to choose Johns Creek Dental as your dentist.

I went here two times over a year ago and will never return. I will do my best to be objective in this review. Positives: First, setting up an appointment was easy with good follow up. Plus, my hygienist was great! I dont remember her name but she was very informative, nice, and detailed. Negatives: I saw Dr. Baine and I found him to be highly unprofessional. In the first meeting, I waited almost 30 minutes after finishing with hygienist to see him after cleaning. When he came in, he was flirting and tickling one of the assistants. Please act like an adult here. Its okay to joke around but not in that type of way and plus us patients have to get back to work. I gave Dr. Baine a second chance on the second visit but I didnt get a chance to see him. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes to see him and I decided to go back to work. However, to be fair, I had some other assistant check on my teeth before the cleaning. They also overcharge for services. Although I get free cleanings from insurance, they charge double what my current dentist does and I get to see the dentist this time around! To sum this up, the time management in dealing with patients is horrible. If you want to interact with your dentist and have him actually look at your teeth as you intended, I would suggest to look for care elsewhere.

With front ofc staff like Melissa, Nori, Diana, and Ana who wouldnt love this place. Very personable and friendly. Didnt have to wait long in the waiting area as I was called back for my appt. Very promptly. I usually dont like going for my twice a yr dental cleanings but the hygienist Dhara and her assistant Derrika were very nice and attentive. Genuinely all around good people that really care about you and your overall health.Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Nice clean offices too. And if youre worried about the kids being bored while they wait the ofc also has 2 Xbox consoles for them to play video games and for the adults they have a coffee station and water for you while you wait. I Would suggest checking them out at least once to see for yourself what I mean. I guarantee you wont regret it!!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO JOHNS CREEK DENTAL FOR ALMOST SIX YEARS NOW, AND AM STILL AMAZED AT HOW THIS PRACTICE HAS BEEN THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. MY DENTIST, DR. MICHAEL BAINE, HAS MARVELOUS EXPERTISE IN HIS FIELD. HE IS A GREAT DIAGNOSTICIAN AND, AT THE SAME TIME, A VERY HONEST PROVIDER (WHICH TO ME IS VERY IMPORTANT). HE IS VERY KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AS WELL AND MAKES YOU FEEL RELAXED AND CALM DURING YOUR VISIT, HIS ASSISTANT, KT, ALSO SHARES THESE GREAT QUALITIES WITH DR. BAINE. IN ADDITION, THE STAFF AT JOHNS CREEK DENTAL IS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING AS WELL. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REALLY GOOD DENTIST IN JOHNS CREEK,....OR ANYWHERE IN ATLANTA FOR THAT MATTER, INVEST SOME TIME AND CHECK OUT THIS WONDERFUL DENTAL PRACTICE. After a horrible experience at another dentist, I was glad to find this office. The old dentist said I had 6 cavities...and Ive only had one in my entire life! When I went to this office, the staff was extremely friendly, and VERY informed. They answered all my questions and I didnt feel pressured to do anything I wasnt sure about. They did suggest a deep clean, which I got because I had not been to a dentist in almost 2 years after the last bozo. It wasnt very costly considering my lack of dental expenses for the previous 2 years...or maybe we just have good insurance. I LOVE my hygenist and they referred me to another awesome surgeon to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I would recommend them to anyone!

5 stars to the staff at this location! My whole visit went smoothly from the moment I checked in with the front desk to the moment I checked out. No waiting in the waiting room, I was received promptly on time. Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain every step in the process to keep me informed. My hygienst, Sherry, was very personable, informative, and thorough, as was Kira. Dr. Butler was also very personable, encouraging and provided me with some great recommendations. Overall, the team was attentive and efficient and my appointment ended on time exactly as I was told. Thank you Johns Creek Dental! I am very pleased!

Worse service from the dentist and his staff! I wanted a regular dental cleaning done which is covered by my insurance and dentist insisted that I should get a deep cleaning. Because, I did not trust his judgment, I refused to get deep cleaning and insisted for regular cleaning. Dentist got angry while talking to me and then walked out of the room telling the hygienist that she should explain me the reason. Being a physician, I know how to respect patients wish to manage their conditions. It is unethical to force a treatment upon a patient. What a Horrible experience!

I came to see Dr. Baine because as a general dentist, he could perform a procedure that my own dentist wanted to send me to a specialist for at a much greater cost. He was very gentle in his demeanor and thorough in his answers to my questions. The procedure was a root canal on a tooth that already had a crown. I had extra roots and my mouth is small, so this was not easy. I am so happy a week out that I went to this office. His assistant Katie was also excellent and the front office staff was attentive to my needs from start to finish as well.

I, like many of the previous reviewers, have been coming to Johns Creek Dental for several years. From the moment you step into the dental office, everyone is friendly & very nice. I had to get some dental work today, & Nori & Melissa greeted me warmly & were very accommodating. My dentist, Dr. Butler, & here assistant, Amanda made my visit a positive one. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and cared about my comfort & well being. Ive also gotten the same treatment from Dr. Baine, and many other hygienists. Overall, this is a great practice.
