Universal Body Shop and Collision
The staff is great but the dentist is the one with the problem! I had two cavities and had to get them fixed. I went in to get them fix and was charged $168. After the anestesia wore off I started getting pain that increased to the point that it was excruciating! I was on my way back to work and had to call them to let them know what was going on. When I got there he only gave me a prescription for pain and penicillin. But I could not handle the pain and told him I was going to the hospital. He then told me he had to remove what he had done. So I sat back down to get it removed, had anestesia again and told me I needed a root canal. As he was removing what he had done he said " an hour and a half of work for nothing" !!! I could not say anything because my mouth was opened. I asked for a refund and he refused because he said that the work was still preformed!!! I do not recommend him at all. Worse experience even. Had to file a complaint with the insurance company. .. and the pain is coming back! Stay way!

Staff is mediocre. Was told they could do an procedure for me guaranteed the same day. I get there an hour early and have all the paperwork done. They do the x ray and say they cant. I go to another dentist the same day and had the procedure done. Never again. They just wanted the insurance money.

The staff is good, the dentist is good. The reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because this is not the best dentist but Dr. Nguyen is Okay. Ive seen other dentists that a quite better, but still I think this dentist is good.

Great doctor. I have had 3 dentists before him. He is the best. He makes the procedures so seamless. I had a wisdom tooth extraction. Though it potentially could be complicated due to the tooth decay, he made it feel so easy.
