Very unprofessional. They give you some estimation while you are inside. You sign it and go for treatment. After treatment front desk asks more money. They have no reason why there is difference in charge in matter of 10 minutes. They have no idea what they are doing. Doctor do not have curtesy to meet and listen to the mess their staff is doing with patient. Will no recommend it to anyone. I wish there was facility to have some negative rating. One star is also very high rating for such unprofessional team.

We have been coming here with my 7 year old for 4 years now. We have never had a problem, the staff is professional and personable. They make you feel confident with the care you recieve. Last year, we moved further away, but I still make the 45 minute drive to this location. We love this place and wont go anywhere else! On Friday, I made my 2 year olds first appointment and in 2 years Ill be making my babys first appointment. Dentistry for Children - Suwanee is wonderful!

I have been taking my child here for a few years now. I personally havent had any real issues. They are pretty efficient, the staff is friendly and were usually in and out in no time. Calling in for scheduling is a bit of a pain however.

Dr and nurses are very nice but terrible billing office. They overcharge often and never refund money unless you call them multiple times (like at least 10 times). Usually take 3-4 months to get refund.

Great doctor, but poor appointment management. I visited this place multiple times, I dont remember I was seen by doctor at appointment time.. always 30 min wait after appointment time to see doctor.

I really needed to use Wi-Fi that they advertise ...not working? Staff had no information. I was disappointed bc it had been advertised as being available
