Hi. My name is Yvonne "Michelle" I am a new patient of Dual Arc Dental Care and Dr. Diana Kuklerisis is new my dentist. Right from the beginning when I walked through the door, every fear that I ever thought I would have coming back to the dentist was dissipated by Dr. Diana Kukleris and her staff. They took wonderful care of all my fears. They explained What my consultation would consist of. The most important thing that was said to me was by April, who works for Dr. Diana Kukleris she said, Dr. Kukleris was really nice and and would take good care of me. "She was absolutely right. Dr. Kukleris, not only talked with me about my consultation but was very informative honest and extremely polite, she saved me tons of money. I must say out of all the doctors Ive worked for or visited in the past 10 years have never been as amazing as her. I decided to have my teeth cleaned, also to find out she would be the one cleaning my teeth, how awesome is that? When is the last time your dentist took the time to clean your teeth? They never do. Any dentist Ive worked for always felt it was too petty and not enough money to be made, so the hygienist did the dirty work. This extra thoughtful step Dr Kukleris did made her practice that much better in my opinion. After the first visit this was the greatest place in the world to come to. The staff are 10 Bright Stars, Dr.Kukleris 10 Amazing Stars.. Im starting Kor whitening (very pricy whitening that majority of cosmetic dentist want to charge you) NOT at Dual Arc Dental, Invisalign, and routine cleanings.. Thank you Dual Arc Dental

I had an dental emergency and was in extreme pain. My insurance company gave me a list of providers and Dual Arc Dental was one of them. The customer service on the phone with Giovana set the pace. She was very professional and got me in within the hour. Once there I was assisted by April until Dr. Diana Kukleris was available. My cause of my extreme pain was quickly identified and I was given options for treatment. I was given insight about my insurance by Dr.Alvydas Kukleris who was extremely informative. I left the office feeling better and my recovery went smoothly. Dr.Diana Kukleris reached out to me during this time. The staff, dentists, April and all involved were nice, helpful and there to assist. I will recommend this office to my friends and family. Outside of the excellent service, the office was clean. Those who know me know I am a nit picky detective on customer service and treatment. If I suggest a place than it is the real deal. Try Dual Arc Dental and you will not be disappointed!!

I had an appointment for a filling. When I got there the doctor did an exam and an X-ray. I was unsatisfied with his service because he didnt give me clear answers about my teeth and he seemed uncertain as to what he needed to do. My main concern above everything was his concern for my insurance, it did not cover certain things. He was so worried about what my insurance covered that he never asked me if I could pay for it out of pocket in which I intended to do for uncovered procedures. We spent more time talking about payment and insurance than the problems that existed. At the end of my appointment he rushed me out stating he had other customers waiting even though I had an appointment. An elderly woman who left after me was also rushed out, we paid and left together. I walked out with her because I knew he had done the same to her. I gave an additional star for the front desk because she was very nice and friendly.

They were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I needed to see a dentist ASAP for a broken tooth and they had me come in right away! Its a husband and wife owned dentistry and they are absolutely wonderful! I had a tooth that broke off at the gum line and they made sure I stayed numb throughout the entire extraction, if I needed a break they gave it to me! Definitely not something I would have ever imagined I could do while being awake, but their assurance and confidence spoke leaps and bounds! They also worked payments with me for my emergency situation seeing as my insurance doesnt kick in for another month! I got the relief I needed and definitely with quality service! I wouldnt recommend any other dentist! I love this dentistry! The staff is extremely friendly, understanding and professional! They took their time and explained my procedure in detail and got right to work after they helped to calm my nerves as I was extremely anxious!

I’m happy to report that my experience with this company has been fantastic! From the friendly folks at the front counter to the dental assistant to the Dr ! All wonderful professionals with fantastic people skills. They took me in as a walk-in since I was having tooth pain. The Dr. checked and found a cavity that needed to be filled along with 5 others! He made a temp fix for the one I was experiencing pain and set up an appointment to come back and have them filled properly. Upon my return he saw a broken wisdom took and he pulled that. I’m happy to report that 5 filling and a wisdom tooth extraction all took about 2 hours. I experienced no pain during the procedure and only had a little swelling thereafter but the Dr. prescribed meds. BY FAR the best dental office I’ve ever been in.

We just moved here and this was the closet dentist to our house that was approved by my insurance. SOoooooooo glad! First they emailed all my intake paperwork via email to a secure site. They send reminders via email. I got my daughter to the appointment 45 minutes early and she was taken in immediately. So I schedule my husband and my other daughter and myself all at different times with the SAME result. There was NO NO NO wait. Furthermore, the facility is top notch with all the latest technologies. The dental hygienist is SWEET and caring. The Dr.was VERY thorough, professional and competent. He does have a heavy east European accent, some might have problems understanding, I adore it. Very glad to stumble across this dentist and will utilize it for the duration were here.

The doctor and all the staff that worked with me were great. I have not been to a dentist in years as my experiences with dentists have not been pleasant. I was at ease right off the bat and I was impressed that they made all efforts to keep me comfortable while in the chair! My need to go to the dentist was one tooth that broke off and ended up getting infected and needed to be extracted(along with the one next to it). The appointment was made quickly and the work done as close to painless as was possible. I like the idea that it is a family business and not a chain of dentist offices. I would recommend Dr. Alvydas and Dr. Diana Kukleris to any one that needs a friendly and comfortable dental office of which to go.

I met the entire Kukleris family at the Cibolo festival. They were so nice and informative. Im glad I met them when I did, because tooth pain hit the following week! I cant say enough about their staff! They make you feel at home and ease you anxieties. Dr. Alvydas took the time to listen to what and where my pain was coming from, and what exactly I was trying to avoid. He killed the pain and his wife Dr. Diana came in and prepared me for a root canal on a day that fit my schedule. The best thing ever is they do a complete root canal in 3 hrs instead of 3 days. And they have multiple payment options available. Im so glad that I found a new dentist!! I recommend them 100%!
