I went to see this dentist for TMJ PAIN. She had told me that the pain is not that bad. How can you say that if the doctor has not done a full evaluation of my jaw and x-rays. I had seen my family practice doctor and he had prescribed me Naproxen and tramadol for the pain and to help me stay asleep and be able to eat without discomfort. The Manger and Dr. refused to treat me and said take ibuprofen and Tylenol. Which I told them gives me unpleasant side effects. They also broke HIPAAS and office policy by providing false information to my other health care provider. Also refused to give me a copy of all dental records and said they can only fax to new Dr. office. AVOID UNLESS you just need a cleaning. Theyll try to schedule you every 3 months unnecessary for cleanings. ( FOR MANAGER /OWNER Today you are in a meeting Friday April 15. I hope you have explanations for all this on Monday 4/18. Ill be making a HIPA violation complaint.

I am deathly afraid of going to the dentist (didnt sleep a wink last night) and my last experience over 2 years ago was a bad one. So, I tried Cibolo Dental today. What a great professional staff! From the Vanessa to the X-ray person (forgot the name sorry), DeeDee the Technician/Hygienist (extra clap-clap/praise-praise), and Dr. Enriquez. I felt I was the only patient and everyone was sensitive to my concerns and committed to keeping me completely informed, relaxed as possible, and confident I was getting the best care available. I find it extremely odd to actually say this, but I am looking forward to completing my treatment plan. What a great place, we are fortunate to have this level of health service available in our relatively small community.

Where do I begin? The front office staff...GREAT! The way they explain everything to you prior to starting your cleaning or dental work......GREAT! Dr. Enriquez is absolutely wonderful! The office atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The music selection they play while your there is perfectly relaxing!! So much positive energy!!! I know not many like to go to the dentist. My husband was dreading it. He came home and could not stop talking about how welcoming and professional they all were! If there was anything better than a 5 Star Rating they would get it! One of my favorite things to find is a Happy Place! YES, Cibolo Dental office was like finding a HAPPY PLACE!

Friendly staff / Poor craftsmanship. I had went to get a consultation for getting an implant for a missing tooth and was told I wasnt a good candidate due to bone loss issues. I ended up getting talked into a zirconia Maryland bridge as the dentist stated this was my best option. The bridge failed within weeks, I had to constantly keep making appointments to have it re-cemented in place. After the 3rd cementing, time , energy, and money I had invested in this endeavor. I had enough and asked for other options with the response we can keep gluing it back in place.

If I could give them a 10 star rating I would! It’s been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist, so I was scared at first. But once I got into the office, all of the staff welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Enriquez is AMAZING; she takes time to explain procedures and connect with patients. Everyone is light handed, so the procedures I’ve had so far have been painless. I HIGHLY recommend her office!

From the cheerful front desk to the massaging dental chairs to the gentle touch of the entire staff the entire experience is different from any other dentist I have experienced. Dr Enriquez has been very accommodating and always pleasant. I previously wrote of my dissatisfaction with limited crown options, but understand their reasoning.
