The Lady at the Cibolo location was extremely rude! We have had a very pleasant experience with the previous girls but this one must be new! If 7 to 7 doesnt make a change they will be losing more customers at this location! They just lost me as a customer thats for sure! I went in for a scheduled appt. We purposely Cancelled our Humana Dental Insurance just so that we could use the 7 to 7 Dental Insurance at the start of 2017. When I arrived for my appt. on time as always the desk girl greeted me and quickly after loudly announced "Sir your insurance plan has termed". First of all it was cancelled by me, second I am using your own in house dental Insurance plan now! What I dont understand is why was this information not confirmed before the appt. and not in your system?

I highly recommend Dr. Nairooz, Dr. Gallegos and all the staff at Cibolo 7 to 7. I had braces put on and my treatment plan was delivered beyond my expectations!! Dr. Gallegos placed crowns on my front teeth that look amazing! Everyone works together to get to know their patients on a personal level and strive to give you the best and most comfortable experience. Dr. Nairooz is so sweet and takes great pride in her work. She is very detailed with your individual options for treatment and has great compassion towards her patients care. I definitely recommend 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics.

They are horrible with children that have had bad experience with 7 to 7. My daughter was reaching for the dental tool and so the dentist stopped and after the third time he threw his dental tools down and walked out of the room and never came back. I sat there with my daughter for 15 minutes wondering what was going on and nobody even came in to tell us that they were not going to do anything. No suggestions where to go what to do or anything. I understand he was frustrated but this is not a way to act when you have a 6 year old that is afraid of having a needle shoved in her mouth.

I had a tooth giving me some issue. When I called I was able to get an appointment next day. Found out I need a crown which they took care of everything very quickly. I love that they are opened Sundays. Makes it easier with my schedule.
