I took my son here because he hurt himself (not bad enough for an ER trip, but still wanted it looked at ASAP) and my regular pediatrician was booked. When I called the woman on the phone was very rude and when we got there she seemed grumpier in person. The nurse checking my sons weight kept getting annoyed at how long it took for my son (who is 5) to get on the scale (he hurt his foot and it was bandaged) and then when the doctor came in he was short with us, kept going on and on about how I need to keep my sons immunization record on me (all I wanted was for these people to look at his foot and wed never come back, his shot record has nothing to do with anything). Finally they bandaged him up and the nurse doing it was very rude to my son even though he was holding very still and wasnt doing anything. Id never ever ever go back to this place. Oh and they charged $394 to look at his foot and put 2 bandaids on it. Luckily insurance paid for most of it but I couldnt believe how much they charged. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Pediatric Affiliates used to be a very nice place to bring the children for all sorts of care. Of course, I am speaking of 11 years ago or so. When Dr. Bruce Littman was there, the practice was at its best. Customer Service was excellent, the nurse assistants were caring, and the doctors actually cared for our children. All of that slowly started to change about 8 years ago (when Dr. Littman retired). The place became more of a numbers practice, rushing, uncaring, and boy! talk about terrible customer service! the ladies in the front desk, those making the appointments, and the billing department are just a bunch of unprofessional women who think they are all that and a bag of chips! Oh! how I wish the days were like the old ones. I only bring my kids to that place because that is the only place I have taken them since birth and because all my doctors are in the same area. The male doctors are uncaring... and one of them charges my insurance by just looking at him!

We have both our kids, son 3.5y and daughter 1y with Dr Mellman, His has a very good judgement and offer overall a great service to our kids. He is also making my kids feeling comfortable even if they are taking shots. They always walk away with a smile on their face. Can recommend him to other parents.
