Our appointment was very disappointing and I wont be giving them any further business. The only reason they get 1 star at all is that they had a same-day appointment available for a suspected eye injury. However after seeing Dr Melgard I assume he was available because no one else wants to go to this guy! He was very impatient, rude, short tempered and plain disrespectful to me and my minor-child, who was the one being seen. My daughter left the appointment really upset and embarrassed by how inferior he made her feel when she didnt understand some of his commands during the office visit. He was truly RUDE and snappy! I also felt rushed by the desk staff even though I was genuinely interested in hearing about other services they have available, thinking I could at least go back to that clinic but see another doctor in the future. The final irritation was that they delayed sending the RX to our pharmacy thats right in town, so even 45 minutes later it still wasnt available for us to pick up. In all, definitely not worth going to again! Buffalo has many other optometrists that deserve our business instead!

The doctors and staff are not at all personable or friendly. Make you wait for extended periods of time even when there are only a small number of patients! How does that work?? Clearly if you have to wait over 30 minutes to speak with a doctor for 2 minutes they dont value their patients. Im so fed up with their lack of attentiveness Im switching to another eye care clinic with far better service and care. Do NOT go to this clinic! Assuming that they can help you schedule an appointment thats convenient for you and your family. Its impossible to schedule an appointment because the doctors have terrible availability. Im a college student so its difficult to find a time that works for me to get a check up scheduled. Again, the staff there is extremely rude and couldnt care less about their patients as long as theyre getting a paycheck, which is why Ill be taking my business to another eye care clinic. Ive put up with this for far too long!!!

I recently had an eye exam at the Buffalo Eye Clinic, this was my first visit to the clinic and I was seeing Dr. Stoltman. The scheduling process was very easy, I called and was able to get an appointment within a week. I also liked that I could fill out all of my information on thier web site before my appointment, no paperwork to fill out when I arrived at the clinic. The staff was very friendly, all of them welcomed me to the clinic. Ive been having eye exams for more than 20 years and Dr. Stoltman spent more time with me than any other optometrist Ive seen in the past. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like I was keeping him from his next appointment. Dr. Stoltmans exam was very detailed and he kept me informed on what he was doing and why the entire time. I would highly recommend Buffalo Eye Clinic; their facility, doctors and staff are top notch.

Ive been using their services for 6-7 years now and they are top notch. The Doctors are all great. I generally see Dr. Stoltman and he is fantastic. He has always taken the time necessary to explain everything he is doing and why he is doing it. Ive never felt rushed or that he is rushing for me to get out. In fact during some visits I have started to feel that I was taking too much of his time. Friendly service from the staff and great docs... what more could one want in a visit to a health care provider? I wonder if "agoogleusermn" was at the right office. Seriously.

Love the friendly service that I get here. I see Dr. Stoltman and he is wonderful, he takes the time to talk to me and my mom and explain things so even I understand them. When I did have to pick out glasses the staff over there in that department that was a great experience as well. They took their time, I didnt feel rushed and they showed me things in my price range. Also explained insurance to my mom and me at that time too. If you dont have an eye doctor or you do but your not completely happy than I would suggest that you give Buffalo Eye Clinic a try.

Fantastic!!! My family has been going to BEC for 10+ years and I can honestly say, we look forward to our annual appointments! Dr. Stoltman has treated us great every single appointment. He takes the time to come sit with our kids in the lobby and catch up on whats going on in their lives. He is very detailed during the exam process and explains each step completely. He listens and answers questions completely. The staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work BEC!

Dr Rodney Melgard is the best optometrist I have ever had the pleasure to work with. All five members of our family go here and have seen both Dr. Melgaard and Dr. Stoltman. Both are personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in detail. The staff is very cordial and helpful to all members of my family--my 10 year old included. We have seem them in both routine checkups and emergency visits and have always walked out impressed with the service and happy with the results.

I love going to Buffalo Eye Clinic. The office is clean, the staff are very down to earth, I see Dr Warren Stoltman and he is willing to explain anything you want to know. He takes his time with his patients and I really appreciate that. I recommended this clinic to my aunt and now she is going there. I would recommend Buffalo Eye Clinic to anyone that wants a good eye doctor.
