My boyfriend went in over the weekend on an emergency basis. Dr. Noor informed my boyfriend he had gum infection aka gum disease of which he was treated for with deep cleaning and scaling. She then proceeded to tell him he needed wisdom tooth extraction of which wisdom teeth are not bothering him nor causing any problems. She then tells him he needs veneers, mind you, this man has a beautiful smile. We have Delta Dental Premier PPO of which covers %100 of full mouth Xrays once a year (were at the beginning of the year) & they cover 70% of deep cleaning costs. He was advised to apply for care credit and place $1000 deposit for treatment that hasnt been provided. As of this morning, theyve already been paid $5000 + $1000 cash deposit & they have yet to submit a claim to our insurance company. He is there now in attempt to obtain his records for a a second opinion of which he is entitled to & to sign a medical release form giving me permission (insurance holder) to discuss his care with me due to HIPPA privacy act but theyre not allowing him to do so. Theyre also not giving him his records. This dental office is fraudulent and because of this, they will be reported to the American Dental Assoc, Better Business Bureau, a grievance will be filed along with poor reviews on yelp and google.

This place is Awesome for anyone who dislikes, gets nervous, or scared of going to the dentist. I admit that I am one of the many millions of people who dont like going, but for me, its so much more than just "not liking" it. Ive had several bad experiences when I was a kid and even some as an adult. So, because of that, Ive avoided going to the dentist and have let small problems become big problems. And now, I dont have a choice, I have to get a whole lot of work done and I am so very thankful that I found the the one and only place that I want to be doing that work. This place has the best staff ever! They do everything they can do to get you comfortable. Ive only been here 2 times previously and now here on my 3rd visit, my comfort level has increased significantly. Almost feels like your not at a dental office. There is a different atmosphere around here, more like a dental therapy massage clinic type of place. The doctors and staff here are all female, very good looking females to be honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. So, basically here is all you need to know- Relaxed Atmosphere Comforting Treatment Beautiful Doctors & Staff Clean and Welcoming Office Great referral discount system and pricing.

I wish Dr. Noor had a Dental Office in Florida. My name is Yazmin and I was a patient at Dr. Noors office back in 2003-2008. I moved from California to Florida in 2008 and I have yet to find a dentist/orthodontist as good as Dr. Noor is, and I honestly dont think I will ever find someone that fulfills all of my needs like she did. She did my braces, clear braces, tooth bonding, invisaling retainer, whitening, permanent retainer on my upper jaw, etc. Also, before I moved to Florida, I got my old metal fillings replaced with beautiful white porcelain and my teeth are still amazing. I havent had any cavities, or special work done, but whenever I go to a dentist here in Florida, I am disappointed with their work and I dont feel as special as I did with Dr. Noor. I miss you Dr. Noor, and my teeth miss you too!
I miss your office, I miss your awesome staff, and if you ever branch out all the way out here in Florida, please let me know because Ill be the first one in line to be your patient again. Thank you for the beautiful work you did for me, and for helping everyone else keep their teeth healthy, nice, and shiny! There are not many dentists like you out there. :)

I came here to get a tooth extracted, I was in so much pain and honestly I was very scared. I made my appointment and the staff at the office where already expecting me. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. I expected to sit in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes, but honestly once I finished the paper work I was seen immediately. Antonio gave me a tour of the office, and then sat me down and asked me exactly what I needed. I explained my situation, and they where willing to work with what I had. The doctor walked me through the whole process. The staff made sure I was comfortable and they helped me relax. The doctor was so nice and understanding, Ill definitely be coming back here for whatever other work I need done. Im very afraid of the dentist, Ive had some pretty bad experiences with dentists, but today I experienced a different kind of dentist. The staff at norwalk village dental are some of the nicest and caring people. Im very happy with their service.

My first vist was not like a dentist office the environment is very caring, friendly, family oriented. I was walked thru every room , met every staff member then had my check up. Here it is a 1 stop shop they do it all here. 99 % of dentist offices send you out to see a specialist, plus making more appointments but not here with Dr Noor. Dr Noor explained every detail to me until i fully understood what needed to be done to fix my teeth, gum disease. She looks out for whats best for you however no pressure at all since she will just fix what you want. So I very happy my friend told me about this fantastic place . I had alot of work done and it was my choice to do it in 1 day and so happy with NO pain at all & great results . Dr Noor I thank you and will do what you recommend since you truly are looking out for me. This place is a must for dental treatment, hands down the best!

I was referred to this doctor by 1-800 Dentist. I was a bit skeptical at first but as soon as I walked it it was nicely decorated, they have a kids zone too which I was relieved about. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and promptly helped. There is no paper work so everything is done electrocially. Antonio gave me the tour and was not only helpful but understanding with my financial situation. Dr. Noor was very gentle and was very thorough when she explained my diagnosis. I havent been to the dentist in years and I was a bit fearful too but in all honesty I dont regret it. Im happy I was referred here out of any dentist they couldve referred me to. Im excited to be a patient and I definitely recommend Norwalk Village Dental Center. I walked in with pain and I walked out with no pain and that made me feel that the staff truly cared.

When I first arrived to Dr Noor dental office I was nervous afraid not at ease then I spoke to Antonio he made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and staff here was extremley friendly when I met Dr Noor she was very inviting and she explained to me that I needed two of my front teeth pulled and I trusted her judgment and I am extremely happy and excited with my new smile that she has given me I thank Dr Noor and her entire staff for making me feel like I am part of family I have already referred three of my friends to Dr Noor because of her work and how her entire staff carries themselves very professional and friendly thank you once again Dr Noor and staff I decided to get my tooth extracted and dr noor was fantastic no pain at all thank you again
