The staff was really friendly but that was about it. Even if you make an appointment, be prepared to still wait 60-70 minutes before anyone calls you in to do your X-rays. After your X-rays, depending on if there is a seat available, you will have to wait another 10 minutes before you actually get to sit in a dental chair. Now that I have finally sat in the dental chair, the dentist came to talk to me for 2 minutes and disappeared for 20 minutes! No one came to see how I was doing or even tell me if "the dentist will be right with you." After the wait, the a dental hygienist called me to tell me to go into an office to speak to the "Treatment Coordinator." So Ive already waited close to 2 hours and now I have to go talk to someone who isnt my dentist. My teeth arent even in the PROCESS of being cleaned yet. This is my second time coming here. I had no paperwork to fill out, no change of insurance or medical history. I feel like they constantly overbook. The "Treatment Coordinator" told me that, "Sir, if you were in a hurry, you should have told us." I replied, "Should I have needed to tell you that I was in a hurry? Shouldnt that be assumed that I want to get out of here as soon as possible? Lets say we were in a restaurant, would the person have to say, Hey Im pretty hungry. Please seat me first." This whole situation was absolutely absurd and I felt like an idiot just sitting there trying to be patient. Do yourselves a favor and dont go to this place. Im never EVER going back.

This place is always crowded, their customer service is "horrible!" Automatic payments are not taken on out on time, I have to call about 10 to 15 times before someone answers the phone and when they do, theyre rude. I cant wait for my sons braces to come off. Aside from their poor customer service, my sons teeth are linning up fairly quickly and nice. The only person that is a delight to deal with and has stellar customer service is Maria Padilla, shes FANTASTIC!!

I dont recommend this dental office. I just went for a cleaning and I felt the doctor and the assistant that runs the insurance offered me dental work I felt I did not need. I felt pressured so told them I was going to think about it and do my research first, their attitude changed dramatically toward me. They were not friendly anymore to the point they walked away from me and stopped giving referrals. I felt tension during my cleaning.

Its always a welcoming place. Feels like family. Cynthia is very helpful and friendly she explains how to take care of your teeth with your braces on. Maria Padilla shes also helpful and explains your payment plan very well. Love going to the dentist only place I can trust.

Come here if you wish to lose half your day waiting for a cleaning. Had an 8am appointment and by 10:45am, I decided to walk out. From the 4-5 times Ive been here, it looks like there is a high employee turnover rate which is typically bad news. Service is grossly subpar.

I was a patient here for the last 5 years and they treated my son too, Im really satisfied with their service and professionalism unfortunately I had to move, if it wasnt for that I would still be here. They were great with my sons fears and friendly too.

Everytime I come here I end up waiting an hour. Even if you are just getting something as simple as x-rays, youll most likely wait a while. Plus, its hard to get a hold of them if u call and then it takes them several days to call back.....

Everyone is amazing! really helpful and they are really good at what they are doing!. make an appointment and come at least 30 min before it, yes they will call you before your appointment!. But do please be prepared :)
