I hate having to write bad reviews, but new patients need to be aware of LETICIA. It seems like she has been with Breeze Dental over one year, and Im surprised because she lacks customer service skills and her attitude over the phone is horrible. I called to become a new patient, and am bummed that her tone and approach was unwelcoming. She was giving attitude, cutting me off while I spoke, and has this ghetto vocabulary that is not very appealing or professional. It is understood that Breeze Dental has protocol and standards that are to be met for the patients, and I am sorry but Leticia does not meet those qualifications as an employees, and needs to be replaced with someone who will support and provide exceptional customer service to all new and existing patients that call to discuss their dental needs. Maybe its time for Leticia to go back to school, take some etiquette classes, and become a real professional employee rather than giving attitude to potential patients.

Best Ever. First off, i cant see giving this office 1 star because of 1 person - thats just dumb. The office is great, the people are great too, very friendly and welcoming. free wifi, blankets, pillows, & netflix all while youre getting your teeth cleaned. im so happy i found this place!

Absloutly love this place. They did some dental work on my 89 year old grandfather and were so patient with him and gave him excellent care! The whole staff is excellent!!
