I was supposed to have an appointment 2 months a go in the Anaheim dental office. I show up for appointment and the receptionist tells me that the appointment was made in West Covina which I dont even know where that is and wouldnt schedule myself somewhere that I dont know especially when I dont have a car and moved from NYC. Its impossible to get an appointment in this place and than when you do its another 2 month wait for appointment after exam. What a racket

Stupid dentist place ever !!!! I had a visit for my son a while back he was supposed to be seen again for filling and the dentist lady convinced me to change the date to when she came back frm vacation which was may 18(stupid me) ... So i wait for her for abt 3 weeks i come in today and am 10 freakn mins late and they wont see him and now they want to schedule me for another 3 weeks .... am soooo annoyed !!!!!!

very bad costomer service thru the phone, when you try to change your appointment they just put you on hold ,I been waiting up to 1 hour 1/2 until I hangup, beside that when you get an appointment you get 2 month wait for the appointment really ,really horrible ,bad service,,,,,,bad bad bad never get tire of saying bad service not even 1 star
