Being a total dental-phobe I was definitely not lookin forward to going to the dentist, never have ever since I was a child...but the pain was getting unbearable so I had to bite the bullet. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly greeted by the super friendly staff and cool hi-tech gadgets they used! Ana and Emmeline made it very personable and eased my worries and made me feel much more comfortable that I was going to be taken good care of. Dr. Tran was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what I was getting done and why. She was thorough and I can definitely see she had a high level of expertise as I didnt feel a thing as she took care of my 3 cavities all in one shot! Steve, who was also very personable and informative, then cleaned my teeth, didnt feel a thing either, but the smooth & polished teeth afterwards! Im just very impressed with the level of compassion and expertise this dental office exudes. Highly recommend!

Super friendly staff, tech-y office with warm people. Make you feel like they are working to fit your schedule, not that you must bend to accommodate theirs. Staff interact very professionally but warmly. In person and on the phone they speak like they are "present" in the conversation, not just mindlessly saying "Next customer please". Processed my insurance effortlessly (at least it looked that way) and didnt mind when I asked them to print whole detailed receipt of each procedure. Office uses technology like text and email reminders, wifi in waiting room, TVs with patient choice of movie by each dental chair. They even used a small video camera to show me spots on my teeth they wanted to treat. Dentist very understanding about not being excited to undergo drilling, fillings, etc. She was friendly and warm too. All around friendly atmosphere. So happy I found this place.

I couldnt be more happy...Dr. Tran saved my tooth , which was questionable at the least....it was so close to the nerve...she is truly amazing...I put all my faith in her and she came through...I am thrilled that I will still have my teeth at least for a couple more years..Such a relief for me...! The staff is very nice and informative...help you understand everything and very helpful...Just have to watch Jimmy..and his poker face...LOL...private joke...Anyway, you have a new customer on her way to see you soon...I have already recommended you to several of my friends, and they are looking forward to meet Dr.Tran and be able to feel confident and to experience what really good treatment feels like... As always, Dr. Tran and her team have done it again! Thank you for always been so warm, friendly and professional, it really shows you care! As part of my three-month cleaning routing, Tonya the dental hygienist, carefully and concisely explained how to properly do maintenance on trouble spots where tartar and plaque tend to build up heaviest. These tips were deeply appreciated, and show the high level of care Smooth Dental staff provide. You are awesome Tonya, thank you. Ive been Dr. Trans patient for a bunch of years now... lost track, and she still provides superb dental care, she and her very capable and friendly team not only make you feel welcome, but they want you to understand your full dental healthcare regime, it is always a pleasure, thank you guys!

So in the past Ive had horrible expierences at the dentist. Every time I went something tremendous happened. When I met Dr. Tran for the first time she gave off a great vibe. She was smiling the whole time and made me feel as if she was excited to work on me. When it was time for me to get work done she was super understanding that I was afraid and took her time working with me. She even held my hand as she was numing my mouth. I recommended her to everyone not because of my expierences but because the difference she has made with my family too. Its a great place the staff is extremely nice and work with your schedule. Overall great experience. Everyone looking for a new dentist should come in and see it for themselves and see what I am talking about.

I decided to look for anothe dental office to get a second opinion. My former dental office was charging me sky high for gum treatment. I decided to look for something close to my house and I end up finding Smooth Dental with great reviews on google. I decided to give it try. I have to said, I can not be more happier to say that I finally found my dental office.. They have affordable prices and they are very friendly. They treat you like family. What I love about Smooth Dental is that they make sure you understand every treatment they do and what you need to do at home too. I truly recommend Smooth Dental for any family or who ever is on a budget like me. They have really great prices that any one could afford.

I had a small fold of tissue inside of my upper lip. Because of this, I have always had a gap in the middle of my upper teeth. Dr. Tran did a laser procedure to remove it (frenectomy) in order to fix the gap for me. I am very pleased and amazed with the procedure. I did not feel anything at all! I did not feel any discomfort. The procedure was done in less than an hour. The healing was process also surprised me because it healed so quickly. Dr. Tran really went above and beyond. Now the inside of my upper lip is back to normal! You cant even tell something was there before! She is AMAZING!

These guys are all great. The dentist is extremely gental and really good at what she does. Her staff is extrmely caring and just really good down to earth folks all of them including Larry, Steve, Jason and Jimmy, Ana and Emaline. So glad I found this office. I read the reviews online and took a a chance but I can honestly say they are the best office Ive been to in terms of care, follow up and good quality work. They are also honest in terms of finances and establish payments and plans upright so you know what youre getting yourself into! Give this place a try! You wont be disappointed.

Lets be honest going to the dentist isnt the most exciting place to visit. But Im lucky I was referred by a friend to visit Smooth Dental in La Habra. Since day one they have been very helpful, the staff is well organized and professional. From Evelyn making sure Im seen on time, from Jimmy making my insurance is notified and explaining what was covered and what wasnt. But best of all was Dr. Tran, she very detail oriented and precise with her work. She explained in full detail what procedures I was getting done. Overall gave this a 5 star because it starts from the top management.
