Very BAD negative attitude from Managers. Not only that, they stolen money from me and NEVER paid me back! I found out they were charging me for things that i was not to be charged! !! When i asked for my money back since the witch never worked on me, she lied to me stating i still owed them! BS.....they are VERY unprofessional. They make you feel unwelcome and act like you are nothing! They throw you in a room for an hour or so ignoring you as they bs around chit chatting non dental conversations with eachother and other customers.......i reported these scam artists to the labor board but they only told me to take them to court!! That would not work so well with my work schedule....now i have a real and HONEST dentist that NEVER charges me a penny! My new dentist also takes me within FIVE mins of my appointments EVERY Time i go.......

My mouth feels better but the people at this place are really bad at communication. You have a dismisive dentist who is obviously skilled at her trade but unapproachable. This coupled with a nice staff of people that seem almost irritated by your presence made it always feel like I was a burden to someones day. Well guess what, being at the dentist wasnt what I wanted today either but lets make the best of it huh? I will finish treatment Ive already paid for and look for a new dentist. I recommend you find another place to go unless you like spending all of your money and being left in the dark.

Dr. Fahmny and her staff are very professional, accommodating, and care about what your teeth look like. She is also extremely well-priced on all of her dental services. My favorite part about her, is that she is a perfectionist- like myself, and she only does the very best implants imaginable!! I highly recommend her to ALL of my friends and family, without any regret, for I know the A+ service she is going to provide to each and EVERY PATIENT she encounters. Check her out, she truly cares about what your smile looks like!!!

The staff is friendly and patient. I have three children under 11. I was nervous about taking them all in on the same day. However, all three of them left with smiles from ear to ear. The office is very clean. Dr. Fahmy is amazing with children and takes time to explain the procedures and follow up.

Buena park dental has such an amazing staff. They make ypu feel like party of there family. My family and I have been with Buena park dental for over 10 years and wouldnt think of ever changing. There the best!!!

Doc was very nice and accommodating. Staff seemed pleasant as well. Needed a couple things done and cleaning. Overall pretty painless and good interactions all around.
