If you want a 5 star experience go to a 5 star dentist office and pay their 5 star prices! Western Dental is a franchise and the owner of this one obviously doesnt work here. We had an emergency and no dental insurance! So we hesitantly came to this office. Sure the place is pretty ratty and disorganized but I think the front office does the best they can with what theyve got. The wait time is pretty gruesome, the waiting room is pretty small and it is a very busy practice. But you get what you pay for. The receptionist, Desiree (sp?) may not be the best at customer service but she probably has the most stressful position there! answering phones, checking people in, data entry and everyone seems to be talking to her at once and needing something from her.! The office manager, Veronica, went above and beyond to help us wade through the amount of dental work my husband needed and how we were going to finance it. She has a great attitude and full knowledge of the dental system they have in place. She was in a word...AWESOME! Sure, it is quite apparent that the place is disorganized and your not getting the top of the class dentists but like I said earlier...you get what you pay for. We feel like we got a great deal, from a great staff, that is probably over worked and under staffed. Thank you ladies! My husband has a ton of dental work ahead of him and I pray that the oral surgeons and periodontists will do a great job. So I will post another review when he has had the work done.

this place is dirty the people working their clearly have no idea what customer service is or even how to do their jobs. they eat at the reception desk and walk away when you have a question even if you have an appt you will wait at very min. 1 hour in the waiting room. the book appts by the 10s each hour and only have 2 dentists. and if you are really lucky like i was i happen to get an appt on a day that the other dentist called in sick. I went with my friend and after hours there we are finally finished....or so we thought. the dentist left one of my friends cavities unfilled. she literally had a hole in a tooth and he didnt notice. She had him check the spot that she could feel a hole and then it took him another hour to fill it. They are also not gentle at all both of our teeth were senstive for months after just a few fillings and xrays and cleanings. Also you are reccomended to go to the dentist 2x a year but every 6 months they throw out you file so u are a new patient unless your appt is scheduled before the 6 months have passed causing you to have to fill out all the paper work again and losing your spot in the appt line. what ever you think about their prices pay a lil more and go somewhere else!

It is my nightmare come true and im looking for a lawyer..its still taking them over a year to fit me for dentures.three broken ,two missing and ten molds.and countless hours of driving and waiting for the worst of the worst..the lady dentist said that the crooked set of dentures was fine they looked great,,well honey if you smile sideways im sure it is .Ive gone a year with soft food and considering i cant chew a year of swallowing things whole.the damage its done to my digestive track is amazing ..im taking them to court and i will win ..i promise to you people do not go to this branch ,moronic doctors who know nothing and pain pain pain they took 23 teeth out and said in a month id be smiling again,,well its going on a year .and i havent smiled yet just tears of how i could have never gone here ,,people save your time this is a cattle call for insurance money im not happy and will see them in court and they will be paying a top notch doctor of my choice to put implants in my mouth ,cuz they ruined me for dentures,,god help them .. i dont even give them a star but i has to do one so i can post this!

I saw the terrible reviews before I went to this office - not one single happy customer in years - and STILL I gave them a chance because the location was convenient - big mistake. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Completely incompetent front office and rough dental work by angry Russian woman dentist. Seriously, I left there in tears of frustration; that should not happen in a dental office! To add insult to injury, I was kept waiting for over 2 hours! When I would ask how much longer they kept saying 20 minutes or I would have rescheduled for another day. When I finally got to see the dentist I thought she should be aware that the front office was keeping people waiting for hours by saying just a few more minutes and she got angry and kept hurting me until I finally just left half way through. NIGHTMARE!!!! How are these people still in business?!?!?

I had an appointment at 3:30, I arrived at 3:17, filled out my paperwork until 3:30, handed to the receptionist, she told me the wait would be 30 minutes because they have only 1 dentist for the day. I agreed. I was not seen until 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Worst is they did not read my profile, when filling out the paperwork, I clearly indicated that Im pregnant, thats the only yes I circled, they did not know and called me in, while prepare for my x-ray, I told the technician that Im pregnant and she was surprised! The office manager came in to say sorry that they did not know and that they cant take my x-ray. So I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just to say theyre sorry. This place is filthy and filled with unprofessional blue collar workers!!!

THE WORST EVERRR I went there and made a filling, the doctor she was inexperience she made the filling so high till the extend that i can feel it in while eating and I had to back several times asking for another doctor to fix the filling The second issue i had with them was financial issue which is i paid my patient share first time i walk in but they contacted me 9 MONTH later and told me that my insurance didnt pay the full requested amount and you owe us 400$ which is the difference and this happened after 9 MONTH From my visit REALLY THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE GOING THERE

I visited this clinic several times. They didnt do good job. I got my fillings done there, but one of them was not thorough enough, and I ended up doing root canal. I felt really angry because I did go back twice and asked them to check. They simply dismissed my concern and asked me to use special toothpaste! I also had wisdom teeth done there. Its not good either. If you have better options, dont come here.

This place a total joke. I received a bill after getting treatment 6months ago, so i call the office and they tell me my insurance didnt cover some of the work that was done,yet when i ask what "work" the insurance biller doesnt even know!!! "Nelly" who is the biller said she would call me back with more info in 3 days...well almost 2weeks later here i am calling her back! RIDICULOUS!!!
