These previous two reviews clearly had one single experience and based their entire service on what happened to them. I for one definitely think this is a fantastic office. Sure it may not be the prettiest office, or most welcoming in terms of appearance, but they are in the process of renovating. That aside, their prices are very cheap. Cheapest I have seen as a matter of fact, and as a patient with no dental insurance, low prices are very important. The best part is even though I paid a lot less, I still received quality work. I went in on a Sunday, which is when most dentists are closed, for some emergency pain and they took care of me. The wait was about 45 minutes, but when youre one of the only 7 day a week open dental offices, youre gonna be busy on a Sunday. Im currently in the process getting a crown and they had finished the root canal. The nice part is I dont have to pay all up front, and they accept care credit. The staff are friendly and nowhere near aggressive or defensive like that. They were willing to work with me and I was willing to work with them so everybody wins.

Dr Lorenz was such a great doctor. Really professional , courteous and understanding. He explained what he was going to do in terms of my procedure needed, and was really awesome. The whole staff is Great!! I had 2 extractions done 2 Sundays ago, I was really light headed afterwards because I barely ate before, so Doctor Lorenz told me to sit down and relax and the office manager walked across the street and bought me some orange juice so I would feel better. There was one point where i was groggy and needed to use the restroom, so i asked the office manager to walk me to the restroom because i was so out of it and i asked him if he could wait for me outside the restroom, so he could make sure i was ok. He did, and when i came out of the restroom, he had one if the nurses get me fresh guaze, and to keep an eye on me. I was so amazed on how I was treated. Will be going back in November to get some more work done

I finaly filed a formal compalint and will sue the Dr for mal practice as i have to spend 20k + to fix what they have done. Just read the 4 star reviews . who talks like that? These guys are just crooks and will not stop hurting poor people who dont know how to fight back to take it shut up they keep people there for 7 -10 hours and call it an emergency visit. SO SAD.. . if you have warrantee work they will not even come by so to discourage you to even make a claim and for you to go away. my mouth is bleeding and they wont even send me my records and instead sent me a 3 page defensive letter getting ready for board hearing and I cant even do anything until i get my records. The manager is a scum and he lies like is nothing. he runs the place as he told the Dr to step away and he started rreading the x ray and told me to leave,.He is not a Dr.

3rd or 4th visit here, place is expanding more and more each time i come, patient staffing, most affordable rates ive seen anywhere, Busy little office with a wonderful staff. Over the 2 years my wife and i have been coming here NEVER have we ever been treated rudely at all. In fact it was the opposite, the staff were extremely patient and comforting to my wife while she was in pain. And thanks to the wonderful staff they stopped the tears and brought back her smile. I have never left this office without being fully satisfied with the quality of care, and amazed by the diligence of the dentist (which at almost 3 years havent learned her name lol). Only down side = they dont give out lollipops

I had two root canals and tooth pulled. They were very nice. I dont understand the review above about the Novocain; they administered it fine for me. They are very affordable and open on the weekends until midnight. The only issue I had is one of the tooth that had root canal has been giving me slight pain, but they are taking care of it right away. I call to make an appointment and it is book the same day. I would say they are prompt, very friendly, and affordable and know what they are doing. I normally do not write reviews and hate most dental places but this place is the best by far in southern California.

We just arrived to Anaheim for our first disneyland vacation. My husband had a really bad tooth ache and was worried that he has ruined our vacation by complaining. My husband is big baby when it comes to going to a dentist. I called everywhere but all offices were closed. This office saved the day and got us in the same day and my husband was out of pain. My husband is scared of dentist but he liked the dentist so we that we decided to finish the rest of his treatment with here while were on vacation. Also because their prices were much lower than our dentist back home. Thanking you guys back! :) Aloha.

Staff was very friendly and they were able to save me time by fitting me in for a cleaning in addition to my x-rays on the same day. Dr. Nonahal took the time to explain in detail the next steps for my dental care, which was very appreciated. Great service. Very welcoming and warm people. I was initially scared to death thinking I was going to have a lot of cavities and I was relived to hear that all I needed was a cleaning. I hated going to the dentist and they made it not so scary. I’m looking forward to calling Anaheim Dentist my dentist for many years to come.

I had horrible toothache when i was at work. My co-worker told me about this dental office and am glad they did. I called them up and they got me in right away. They showed the image of my tooth on a xray and the dentist pin pointed the tooth that was causing my pain. She was really nice and she took her time explaining things to me. She was great. I didnt even feel her removing my tooth and placing bone so i can get a dental implant. Am coming back in three months to get a dental implant. Overall the best and friendliest dental office i have been to.

The Dentist lady did not listen to anything I said and when I asked her to speak up she wouldnt and said it was for my privacy. She got the wrong tooth as the cause of my visit after I physically pointed it. Ive had over 2 dozen root canals in my life since a car accident busted my upper and lower pallets. I want to talk implants and she talks saving the fragments and partials. I dont understand her dismissive attitude. I walked out and asked them to listen to the answers to the questions they ask. The staff were awesome and courteous.

I looked around on yelp and i couldnt find a dentist thats open on Sundays. I work 6 days a week so i cant miss that money to go to a dentist. I found Anaheim dentist on Google. I had my wisdom teeth taken out. I had called around and every ones prices were high. You guys prices were low. This country is in recession and for some reason every ones prices are increasing. Am really happy with the work and prices. Am telling my co-workers to come to you guys.
