I was referred to go here from workman comp the case manager call and informed me when to go. When I arrive the lady at the front desk stated I wasnt inform that you where coming in today. Then I stated that my case manager call and spoke with someone in your office and was told that I could come in today. Then she said yes I talk to the lady. I was shocked at her response. Then she asked me what happened to me. After I explain it to her she stated you need to go back to the ER. She isnt a doctor or PA. Just a clerk. I then informed her that I was cleared by the doctor the day before. Had chest x ray, labs. But to have a clerk that is turning sick people away is not professional.

Do not waste your time or money going here if you are unable to be seen by Faulk. My last visit was absolutely horrible. The P.A. completely misdiagnosed me. I went back and specifically asked to be seen by someone else because the medications made me ill and I was not getting better. I cleary stated that I believed I was misdiagnosed, well they called the same guy to see me again which was offended by my comment and stood firm on his diagnosis. Well in the end I saw a Specialist and was correctly diagnosed for 1/2 the cost without a bunch of prescription medicines!!! My advise see a doctor not all Physician Assistants are worth it! I will never go back there!

TERRIBLE. Not the experience itself, but the billing afterwards is a damn joke. Not only did they not tell me my FULL AMOUNT for my copay, but when I call with a billing inquiry it takes 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO EVEN ANSWER. I thought this place Shut down or something!! I left 5 VOICEMAILS WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER. So I try calling not to ask a billing question but to trick them into thinking Im going to pay it off. And OF COURSE...they answer. All they care about it getting paid. This has been the most frustrating doctors experience of all time. I will NEVER return and I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY.

When you sign in they have a place on the form for you to write your "Complaint." Meaning they want you to publicly state why you are there for all who are signing in after you to see. If you dont write anything in the "Complaint" section the FRONT DESK PUBLICLY asks you why you are there. Where is the stealth!??? Where is the privacy? Where is the respect for HIPAa LAWS? Why am I not asked this on a private form? Why am I not asked this when I am called to the back? I wont ever be back. This place has no respect for a patients PRIVACY.

Both of my daughters have been here in the last month. Each time they did not prescribe antibiotics so less than 24 hours later we had to go back and get antibiotics. We had to pay the copay again. I think they are purposely misdiagnosing and withholding the correct medicine so you have to come back. More money for them. I have been going to this location for years, unfortunately this is the 3rd time that this place has changed hands. I no longer trust the doctors there, we will not be going back.

This place is really top notch. I went in after being sick for a couple of days and they took excellent care of me. I should have gone to them sooner but was being stupid and not taking care of myself the way I should have. The Nurses are excellent and are some of the best I have been around. The Doctor came in and gave me a full exam and spent time with me and answered a lot of questions I had. I would highly recommend them.

Went in after previosly seeing my family nurse practicionar because I wasnt feeling completely better. They did a full exam including xrays. Sent me home with prescriptions and directions on what to do. Best care I have had in a while. Staff was busy and couldnt get my nebulizer ready so the doctor did it... great team work!

Love the atmosphere, front desk staff and doctors. Always helpful and accomodating. Never a long wait time. Note: They are affordable too! They are open late and only charge you a doctors co-pay! Good with children also, both my girls have been here for aftercare one had stitches and the other xrays.

Excellent service front office and by the PA. Love Ms. Prather. My whole family comes an 1hr drive one way, just to see her. It is so worth it we even go a week before the appointment for blood work!

The medical services are ok but the front office is all about money. Long time patients will be hassled for payment if their deductable has not been reached. They are chasing their customers away.

Always get very great care when I go. I usually see the same NP unless I have to go as a walk-in instead of making an appointment but even then I always get great care. I would highly recommend.
